i think surgery will take you back .... physio and proper massage will help you walk. my brother had an accident he fell from a tree and fell on a rock he could not walk for 2 years despite all the physio and orthopedic surgeons we took him to, someone referred as to a guy who uses herbs and coconut oil with mint leaves to massage.. the guy is even alliterate but my brother walked within 14 days after being bed ridden for 2 years

Realy hoping that facilities in kenya can get better equipments to help the staff in their line of duty with repositioning their customers,they shouldn’t be lifting,they may get hurt as well
