Sometimes I like to watch clips of these old sitcoms and just sit here reminiscing about the style everyone had and how different all the surroundings were back then. Crazy how much we have changed.
I feel like times back then were more simpler, people were kinder, and more matured. But heck, what did I really know lol, I was just a kid in the 90's.😉

I think it was more the case that he had always had to compete with more handsome athletic and popular guys, and he felt that most women wouldn’t give him a chance. Although it’s true he should have known that telling a woman that she has a “big bottom” is not a compliment. He had good intentions, but often lacked common sense.

Sure we did not have smartphones attached to our hands but we had some other cool but very expensive gadgets. Back then there was a lot of pollution as well. Also wars and poverty which we still have in the 21st century unfortunately.
They mistreated Screech so much, very sad. Even as an adult, they cast him aside. They called him horrible names. They should have Invited him to the Reunion!
I feel sorry for Screech. He always came off awkward around young women, and they got put off, but only because he didn’t have good guidance in developing social skills. He was basically a decent guy.
I think Mario Lopez played a part in the tribute. When he died, they all said some really nice things about him. Lark Voorhies called him her little buddy. Mark Paul Gosselaar he met with him years later and met his girlfriend. He said it was good to see him again.
Screech was honestly the best character, he was one of the chillest if not the chillest in the cast. A little odd for obsessing over lisa but he didnt take it too far to the point of criminal levels.
You can see at 4:17, Kelly almost seems to swoon with her immediate attraction to him. Fred Norris from the Howard Stern Show has a funny sound effect he makes for a girl getting excited for a guy really fast, and that was the sound that went through my mind when I saw Kelly looking at the waiter, lol.

I liked Screech! He was not only funny but he had a good heart. At least they had a nice little tribute to him in the reboot.
He's my favorite character. I can relate to him. It's a shame Zack gets all the spotlight
