We need to hear client review after this treatment, her jaws were brought even further back instead of moving the upper teeth forward. Edge to edge bite from extractions are from a lower jaw that wants to be in a forward position but the upper jaw was brought too far back. She will experience a lot of bone loss on the lower jaw as years go buy and all that and the underlying problem still persists (improper posture, both physically and orally).
You did an Excellent job 👍 job Sir. I have an open-bite and our Orthodontist at the University Training Hospital recommended 4 molar teeth extraction and then to wear braces.
Beautifully done! I’m getting my bottom premolars removed and getting Invisalign I do hope those gaps close nicely and my midline is fixed. As well as my bite 😭
The gaps are almost closed now! Been a year and a couple of months. My midline is straight, and my bite is fixed for the most part! Just waiting on the gaps.
@@JujK-wx4tj did you took any action then? Or you still got same teeth? Should I go for extraction doctor recommending the same 4 premolar to extract out? Did it made you feel like you have more receding lawer jaw now or small lower jaw?
@@adityadavx so far I haven’t seen any changes in my face, example changes in jaw. I had 4 premolar extracted nov last year. I’m my case I have bimaxilary protrusion I hated the forward look. In my case I wanted 4 teeth extracted because I didn’t like how my teeth looked or the end results. My orthodontist told me the only way my teeth was going to move back was if I had teeth extracted. Soo if you don’t have a excessive protrusion I recommend don’t get it. Talk to your ortho about it. I know the receding jaw thing can happen but I think it only happens to patients that had unessary extractions done. Good luck

@@alextroll550 yes I only removed 2 premolars from my lowers
Would you treat this case differently today? Thanks for sharing the before and after OPGs, great job!
Why did they only extract 3 premolars?
Nice. Please share more cases with explanations
Really great doctor
Can i see the client review.
wow, gương mặt bạn ấy thay đổi khá nhiều, có đường nét và thanh thoát hơn
Avoid extraction if possible. Your front teeth will move back, changing your bite, breathing, and aging look. You won’t be happy
I needed the extractions I had too much teeth. I looked like a horse/duck I kinda need my teeth to move back.
@@JujK-wx4tj what was your decision then?
@@adityadavx yes I had 4 premolar pulled. I hated the results of my braces
