I sang in the mask on accident when I was singing Crawling by Linking Park. I couldn't believe I hit those notes. They where notes I never thought possible with my voice being a Bari/Tenor. I never felt this sensation before in my life! I was nervous as hell and wondered why everything was vibrating so much. I just discovered mix voice to a few works before and I have been doing Ken Tamplin's Program but he briefly talked about this mask voice. It's so cool. It also clears your sinus cavities lol. I can feel everything now. I mean everything. The soft pallet, the mask. It's all coming together. All I was doing was using my soft pallet to and I made this discovery.
Thank god there was no one who could hear my "ahhhh" and "Ehhhh" s while I was following you :) It is so weird to be able to just stop for a sec and realize where your sound is being produced before it even leaves your body. This was so simple and straight to the point. Thank you Julia.
I just woke up.....so hopefully I'm not babbling.......but I'm finding this whole "concept" of these different places in our bodies where our voice or resonance????....resides....or comes from.....or is bring used from.......well I'm gonna date myself here.......its really tripping me out.....been playin with this a few times a week for awhile now and its kinda like that proverbial light bulb going off in my head....I always just used to sing....without a thought of how or where from.......for a novice to this approach.....its been rather enlightening......to use my voice as I would an instrument.......so helpful?????......hell yes!!!.....even the use of the diagrams......helps to focus/understand.......anyways...thanks again for everything......have an excellent day ....week.....forever.......can't wait for the next video SM

But it’s only when I started to really understand how it all works, that everything started to improve drastically and I have much more control over my instrument now!! Have a great day!!🤗🤗

Everyone has different shape of cavity inside i used to struggle to feeling the head voice then i found it feeling in my head on hairs i mean so search for it on your head hair back of head
@@JuliaMBroderick well, I'm trying to reach notes on the 5th octave but I can't do the mixed voice so I use chest voice and my throat hurts. I only can reach a G5 if I use vocal E, it's strange... I don't know how to change it. I also have troubles with chest voice. It's to breathy.... But mostly with the mixed voice.

I have now fully found my "Janice"! It is somewhat difficult to do it less volume but I found it! Thank you so much!
