I tried shrooms for the first time a few days ago. I never really have anxiety or paranoia and ive been smoking weed for 2 years. So my mind and kind of the person i am just fits the kind of mindset you want to have going into shrooms. But it was me and my boy Ty, we had taken them late at night around 1:30 am( i ate roughly 2 grams, couldn’t exactly measure it), and we were walking around until 2:20 when we sat down on a bench. After chatting for a little bit i can just kinda feel something, its a feeling of uneasiness kinda like you get in your stomach but it was all over my body. It was a little uncomfortable, but im chilled out and very controlled with my thoughts so it wasnt bad. My friend wasnt feeling anything yet probably cause he had a little bit of some food before hand, as to where i hadn’t eaten anything in the last 5 hours. And i was chilling out to be honest, the uneasiness kinda mellowed out into a really nice body high, it reminded me of my first time smoking. I also felt a little delirious kinda how being a little drunk feels. The more time that passed the more it kicked in, i wasn’t getting visuals but i was noticing details more profoundly and everything kinda felt like it was inwards towards me, like the tress and the grass and the buildings and the light poles. They all felt like they were leaning towards me. At this point i was pretty into it and my friend was starting to feel it too. And honestly we were just having a great time, i felt like a little kid again, i was smiling uncontrollably almost the whole time out of happiness. I had felt relieved. Me and my boy walked around and just enjoyed all that we were feeling for a while before our other boy which is the guy that sold us the shrooms offered to pick us up, and then we sneaked into a playground at I think it was like 4 am now and just messed around and embraced the fun we were having. Yea you might end up realising you are in hell if you have problems eating you up when you take them, it can lead to a bad trip, happened to me when i first tried them, i had 1.5gs, and ended up suffering on the couch just waiting for it to be over, realised later on i had an ego death, forgetting all of my desires and tendencies, feeling like there was nothing driving my actions anymore, and that i couldnt be anything without that drive, but despite all that, it is a serious learning experience if you take it as that, it can tell you clear as day what your problems are and give you something to improve upon, if you make it through the bad trip, glad i didnt take more than i had, that would have been terrible, i tried the same amount again a few weeks after that wanting to figure out wtf happened to me, and i ended up stuck on the couch again waiting for it to be over, too much information for me, overwhelming really, rick and morty was playing on the tv and certain words they would say protruded into my thoughts and fit in with what my mind was telling me, fitting in with all the information out there to be gathered, i was also smoking weed while i was tripping so im sure that didnt help, but i havnt done them since and dont plan on it again until i really have my shit together, and a safe calming environment, it also led to me quitting weed, and nicotine too for a while, when your tripping and you try nicotine or weed, you find out what its REALLY doing to you so that helps if you want to quit, id say its something that can give you insane insight on how your body works, what you SHOULD be doing for yourself, its definitely worth at least one experience with it. There is so much to learn from the experience, makes sense why the natives have ayahuasca ceremonies

I think that shrooms definitely aren’t a gamble, the only reason you’ll have a bad trip is because there’s some shit in your mind that you haven’t addressed, and so the shrooms bring that out in a big way. Or if some unexpected factor comes into play that ruins your trip, however if your happy and going into the trip with a good mindset you should have a good trip.

You need a good set and setting; be in a general good mood, in a safe place with a trusted person that can trip sit you. Research what you're going to take to not get surprised by the effects. All of that will reassure you. Keep in mind that you cant physically overdose on shrooms, and the hallucinations are temporary. About the nausea, you gotta feel it. But you'll either tough it out or puke, thats not an issue. You can mitigate it by avoiding food 8 hours beforehand. And finally, if you really dont feel it right before taking it, dont take it. It can wait. Know what you want out of the trip before getting into it. It will shape it

Bro my first time I was in a hotel room with my friends and was tripping since I took chocolates. I didn’t know where my friend got them so I tried to fall asleep maybe ten minutes after I took them so I would “skip “ the trip but oh was I wrong once I took them and closed my eyes it felt as if there were little people inside of me telling me that I was waking up they kept saying he’s waking up make him fall asleep again over and over and when they said sleep I would just wake up and open my eyes that made me trip out hard. I proceeded to tell my friends that I had just seen little pie one inside of my head but as they were in their own trips they really didn’t respond which made me think about how people who are doped out don’t respond and we’re acting as they were. I got a thought into my head that made my whole trip turn sour. I kept thinking that the chocolates were somehow laced with other things and I kept asking my friend that got the chocolates if they were safe. I got into the really bad mental state where it felt as if we had all passed and that the room was our resting place. I felt so out of my body and no in control that I thought we had died bro 💀 meanwhile two of my other friend where on the sofa in the room meditating and the other laying in the bed face down just sleeping. I kept repeating how I thought we weren’t there anymore and how it del like we didn’t exist or weren’t even in the same realm. Now that I look back it’s funny but it want in the moment I was terrified because of what I was thinking I got curled up into a ball and I was so lost in my own head I kept having to ask my friend I called who was back home if I was real and still there at the same time I kept playing castaways but the backyardigans in repeat for about two hours until I decided it was time to go try and get back and take a shower. In the shower I really liked how the water was feeling but my heart was a little fast. I kept overthinking saying I felt like passing out and thinking about tv shows and how people used to od in them in the bathroom so I got a panic attack and got out saying I wanted to go home and see my family. At that pint I was starting to mellow out but my friend who gave me the shrooms started to cry because he didn’t want me to feel the way I did he just wanted me to have a good time and chill but instead ended up having the worst panic attack of my life. That caused me to come back from where ever I was and be there to tell him it was all a choice I made and knowing the risk of the choice that I made I’m not saying they’re bad cause they’re not now that I look back at it it’s really funny cause I really thought I was somewhere else even though I hadn’t even left the room. I also think that if I had done them in nature and not just in the room it would’ve went a lot smoother but I would definitely try it again in a different environment:) also I know those little people are real 💀😎

I tried shrooms for the first time a few days ago. I never really have anxiety or paranoia and ive been smoking weed for 2 years. So my mind and kind of the person i am just fits the kind of mindset you want to have going into shrooms. But it was me and my boy Ty, we had taken them late at night around 1:30 am( i ate roughly 2 grams, couldn’t exactly measure it), and we were walking around until 2:20 when we sat down on a bench. After chatting for a little bit i can just kinda feel something, its a feeling of uneasiness kinda like you get in your stomach but it was all over my body. It was a little uncomfortable, but im chilled out and very controlled with my thoughts so it wasnt bad. My friend wasnt feeling anything yet probably cause he had a little bit of some food before hand, as to where i hadn’t eaten anything in the last 5 hours. And i was chilling out to be honest, the uneasiness kinda mellowed out into a really nice body high, it reminded me of my first time smoking. I also felt a little delirious kinda how being a little drunk feels. The more time that passed the more it kicked in, i wasn’t getting visuals but i was noticing details more profoundly and everything kinda felt like it was inwards towards me, like the tress and the grass and the buildings and the light poles. They all felt like they were leaning towards me. At this point i was pretty into it and my friend was starting to feel it too. And honestly we were just having a great time, i felt like a little kid again, i was smiling uncontrollably almost the whole time out of happiness. I had felt relieved. Me and my boy walked around and just enjoyed all that we were feeling for a while before our other boy which is the guy that sold us the shrooms offered to pick us up, and then we sneaked into a playground at I think it was like 4 am now and just messed around and embraced the fun we were having. Everything overall was amazing and i couldn’t ever take anything bad from it

Yea you might end up realising you are in hell if you have problems eating you up when you take them, it can lead to a bad trip, happened to me when i first tried them, i had 1.5gs, and ended up suffering on the couch just waiting for it to be over, realised later on i had an ego death, forgetting all of my desires and tendencies, feeling like there was nothing driving my actions anymore, and that i couldnt be anything without that drive, but despite all that, it is a serious learning experience if you take it as that, it can tell you clear as day what your problems are and give you something to improve upon, if you make it through the bad trip, glad i didnt take more than i had, that would have been terrible, i tried the same amount again a few weeks after that wanting to figure out wtf happened to me, and i ended up stuck on the couch again waiting for it to be over, too much information for me, overwhelming really, rick and morty was playing on the tv and certain words they would say protruded into my thoughts and fit in with what my mind was telling me, fitting in with all the information out there to be gathered, i was also smoking weed while i was tripping so im sure that didnt help, but i havnt done them since and dont plan on it again until i really have my shit together, and a safe calming environment, it also led to me quitting weed, and nicotine too for a while, when your tripping and you try nicotine or weed, you find out what its REALLY doing to you so that helps if you want to quit, id say its something that can give you insane insight on how your body works, what you SHOULD be doing for yourself, its definitely worth at least one experience with it. There is so much to learn from the experience, makes sense why the natives have ayahuasca ceremonies

I was at a low in general so I went into the abyss, had the delusion I was a mission to rescue someone from hell, saw horrifying tentacle monsters coming out of the wall. Had another delusion that I had been cursed. Thought I was fighting in hell to save people. You need a good set and setting; be in a general good mood, in a safe place with a trusted person that can trip sit you. Research what you're going to take to not get surprised by the effects. All of that will reassure you. Keep in mind that you cant physically overdose on shrooms, and the hallucinations are temporary.
About the nausea, you gotta feel it. But you'll either tough it out or puke, thats not an issue. You can mitigate it by avoiding food 8 hours beforehand.
And finally, if you really dont feel it right before taking it, dont take it. It can wait.
Know what you want out of the trip before getting into it. It will shape it

Bro my first time I was in a hotel room with my friends and was tripping since I took chocolates. I didn’t know where my friend got them so I tried to fall asleep maybe ten minutes after I took them so I would “skip “ the trip but oh was I wrong once I took them and closed my eyes it felt as if there were little people inside of me telling me that I was waking up they kept saying he’s waking up make him fall asleep again over and over and when they said sleep I would just wake up and open my eyes that made me trip out hard. I proceeded to tell my friends that I had just seen little pie one inside of my head but as they were in their own trips they really didn’t respond which made me think about how people who are doped out don’t respond and we’re acting as they were. I got a thought into my head that made my whole trip turn sour. I kept thinking that the chocolates were somehow laced with other things and I kept asking my friend that got the chocolates if they were safe. I got into the really bad mental state where it felt as if we had all passed and that the room was our resting place. I felt so out of my body and no in control that I thought we had died bro 💀 meanwhile two of my other friend where on the sofa in the room meditating and the other laying in the bed face down just sleeping. I kept repeating how I thought we weren’t there anymore and how it del like we didn’t exist or weren’t even in the same realm. Now that I look back it’s funny but it want in the moment I was terrified because of what I was thinking I got curled up into a ball and I was so lost in my own head I kept having to ask my friend I called who was back home if I was real and still there at the same time I kept playing castaways but the backyardigans in repeat for about two hours until I decided it was time to go try and get back and take a shower. In the shower I really liked how the water was feeling but my heart was a little fast. I kept overthinking saying I felt like passing out and thinking about tv shows and how people used to od in them in the bathroom so I got a panic attack and got out saying I wanted to go home and see my family. At that pint I was starting to mellow out but my friend who gave me the shrooms started to cry because he didn’t want me to feel the way I did he just wanted me to have a good time and chill but instead ended up having the worst panic attack of my life. That caused me to come back from where ever I was and be there to tell him it was all a choice I made and knowing the risk of the choice that I made I’m not saying they’re bad cause they’re not now that I look back at it it’s really funny cause I really thought I was somewhere else even though I hadn’t even left the room. I also think that if I had done them in nature and not just in the room it would’ve went a lot smoother but I would definitely try it again in a different environment:) also I know those little people are real 💀😎
