@@syrus3k - Yay awesome! Yeah it was fun planning and then filming that little video. We were like "Double KB clean into lifting a bag of soil is perfect!!" It's so true. The carryover from KB training into real life is amazing. Thank you again for watching our content! We appreciate you! Keep up the strong work! 💪

Hi, what weight kettlebell are you using in this clip?

Hi there! For all of the drills in this video I’m using the 12kg bell. When I’m training snatches, I use the 16kg or heavier. Thanks for watching! ☺️🙏

@@CatChauthank you for reply. I have a long way to go then 😂 I had to look up what snatches are/mean and I only imagined using 6 or 8kg, although I haven't actually tried it yet.
I'm worried about if it's possible, or what's the likeliness of dropping or through the bell inside

@@suzannehill2111 - You're doing great! Everyone starts with a light bell when first learning the snatch! I've been snatching for 10 years now so I've done a few snatches lol, and I've had a lot of reps and time to work my way up to heavier bells.
Yes, start with the 6kg, get the feel for it. You'll move up to the 8kg quickly -- within 2-3 practice sessions. Then you can practice with the 8kg for awhile before moving up to the 10kg!
The first half of this video will help you. It shows you how to snatch the bell up, then pull it down into the rack, then snatch again. This allows you to work on the "up" part of the snatch before worrying about the drop, or the "down" part of the snatch:

Can you do 24 kg 200 rep in 10 min with this weird technique?

Hi! This is a drill to teach someone how to snatch. It helps people learn how to tame the arc of the bell and snatch more efficiently. It also helps solve the common problem of wrist-banging. The T-Rex swing is a training and learning drill for improving the SKILL of the snatch.
If you’re looking for a snatch test training plan, here you go! It’s free! This is a 6-week training plan for the 5-minute snatch test, not the 10-minute secret service snatch test. But the same principles apply.
      Thanks for watching! 🙏💪
