There was a deleted dialogue from this mission, where CJ drives Big Bear to the hospital. During the drive Big Bear explains to CJ that Sweet basically gave up and let the Grove fall apart.

I wish we knew more about Bear. Waste potential. Fun fact about his voice actor, Big Boi, is that he's the DJ for GTAV's Radio Los Santos.
They should have made GTA San Andreas Stories set in the late 80s with Carl's deceased brother Brian along with Big Bear, Big Devil, Lil Devil, Smoke, Ryder, B Dup & Sweet

@@jermainejr3340 they were mentioned by Sweet in the first mission, they were lieutenants or of some higher position of Grove St but they were dead before the events of SA so there is alot of room for development of those unseen characters
I think Sweet is trying to get Bear to rehab after this mission so they can get him back in shape so he can help take out Smoke. Nothing is known about Big Bear after this.

When big bear punched him I was soo happy he finally stood up for himself and fought against his addiction. That’s what you call loyalty and family! they never forgot about their boy that meant a lot to me as a kid playing this, it taught me at a early age to never forget your friends ❤️🙏🏽

The drug dealer pleading for his life and CJ talking Sweet down from gruesomely executing him, yet when we control CJ we kill drug dealers without mercy as a quick source of easy cash.

I used to dress cj with green colors every time I was about to do a mission with the grove st’s or with sweet! You are representing a gang you bout to shoot and kill some ballas and you going dressing like you going to visit Denise or some shit like that !

The Re-mastered Edition is really good at graphics but have a lot of glitch too especially in the cutscene. And a lot of FPS drop
A lot of songs were also removed in the remastered version because of copyrights issues.

Took a jar of green goo from a military train
Became Madd Dogg’s manager
Took back Madd Dogg’s crib from drug dealers
Killed Tenpenny, and Pulaski
Shot down Toreno’s helicopter
Killed Ryder
Tied someone up to a car and made them too scared
Robbed the mafia’s casino
Stole Leviathan from the military fuels place
Stole 4 police bikes
Went to Saint Mark’s in Liberty City to kill the forelli guy
Killed Big Smoke
Took back 35% of territories
Killed people on a airborne plane and jumped out the second it blew up
Killed people inside a Shamal
Saved Madd Dogg from jumping off a rooftop
That’s it!

Out of all the worst things CJ done in Los Santos, like, Stealing cars and runover people with it, shooting people, blowing things up, stealing a jetpack from (not) Area 51, he never once take a drug or smoking.
And I love bear's short development. First time we saw him, he looks like a crack kid. Now he's back in action.
two missions ago Carl was stealing military hardware from a naval base to destroy spies lingering on American soil. Now he’s beating up drug dealers in the hood again. I love this game so much
I wish we could’ve had some missions for big bear to get him healthy again or at least some background knowledge of him
the story should have focused more on the hood than the other things. we're suppose to believe that we're part of a gang but we don't know much about the gang. the sub plots had more developement than the main plot you believe that ?
