Every step of the way for over 30 years and almost went to work for you in Orlando but had to turn down Chef Bernard's offer, because of a back surgery that crippled me. That was one of the hardest "no's" I've ever uttered.
BEING AN ORIGINAL SALAD THAT WAS PUT TOGETHER FROM LEFT OVERS THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT THEM TO GOO TO WASTE AND CAME UP WITH THIS CLASSIC ( CAESAR SALAD ) I HAVE TO SAY "TIJUANA MEXICÓ" WOULD APPROVE AND BE PROUD TO SEE THIS VIDEO

I'm allergic to prepared mustard, mostly the citric acid from the vinegar. Can I use dry, ground mustard and an extra yolk, yogurt, oil, or lemon juice to make this work?

Anchovies provide the umami. Its a must in any Caesar dressing.

An absolute classic recipe. Most restaurants only use canola oil in the dressing I like the little bit of olive oil Chef uses here.
