I was on a cruise one time and everybody at my table of 8 was ordering caesar salad with no anchovies, So I wanted to see the difference. A lot more flavor and not fishy.

Anchovies provide the umami. Its a must in any Caesar dressing.

I’m really glad to see you back doing what you do best-teaching people how to cook, live and in real time. Nobody ever did it better.

I grew up watching Emeril Live! and that show single handedly inspired me to become chef. So to stumble upon this channel is like a god send! Thank you.

You have no idea how happy I was when I saw you had made a youtube channel after so many years of not seeing you!!! (I'm 31, so you were a huge part of my childhood, I was obsessed with you as a little kid.) Also, very very pleased to see how authentic this recipe was to the original Mexican one! Not surprised coming from you tho :)

Dear Mr. Emeril, I want you to know how much you have taught me over the past many years since 'the' network first aired. I lived in a rural community and begged my parents to buy the extra cable package just so I could see your recipes and learn. I am so thankful to of learned with so many others at your doorstep. One day maybe I will get my prayers answered and tell you thank you for all that you have done to encourage me and send hope...Keep up the great work of changing lives for the good one viewer at a time! 🤗🌻

An absolute classic recipe. Most restaurants only use canola oil in the dressing I like the little bit of olive oil Chef uses here.

"Why haven't I followed you yet"? EM,..I've been with you ever since "How to boil water", old man😊. Every step of the way for over 30 years and almost went to work for you in Orlando but had to turn down Chef Bernard's offer, because of a back surgery that crippled me. That was one of the hardest "no's" I've ever uttered.

I'm allergic to prepared mustard, mostly the citric acid from the vinegar. Can I use dry, ground mustard and an extra yolk, yogurt, oil, or lemon juice to make this work?
