I bought this tablet and was very surprised. It is the best tablet that I have ever owned and the low price is awesome. I paid anywhere from $350 - $650 on my previous tablets. I now own four of these and gave eleven of these as Christmas presents to my family and relatives. Everybody loves them. Do yourself a favor and get at least one of these tablets for yourself.

I get this isn't the best computer of all time but windows 10 keys are about $100 from Microsoft. companies that can make something halfway decent for folks that can't afford the latest and greatest make me feel happy for some reason.

I have one of these. I use it when I'm working away from my desk. It does a great job for me. I love the magnetic clasps and that it easily fits into my messenger bag. I use a Bluetooth mouse with it and will later invest in a flexible, roll up keyboard with it, just for a little more typing ease. Love it! Named it Praple since I got the purple version. 💜👍😊

I like this 2-n-1 tablet. For the price and features, id say its worth it. I use it more as a laptop over a tablet but I love that I have the option for both. I wish the battery life was longer, and the camera was better. Yet, I can easily attach a portable battery to extend the life of each use, and well, the camera for video will suffice for Skype calls. No one really takes still shots with tablets or laptops these days so all in all, I'm satisfied.

This version of the Intel Atom is capable of custom resolutions and display scaling through HDMI. You can play vanilla Skyrim at 640x360 at the lowest settings with capped 30 fps. If connected on a LCD TV through HDMI, you could set the TV to run at 29 refresh rate and if by some miracle you could run the game at 45 fps then you could set the TV at 50hz and use a modding tool for Skyrim that opens the texture pack and you can set it to lower the resolution of the textures down to 256x256 on lower color bit depth and it would still look like the low quality of the mipmaps from the setting.. you would however lower the footprint of the game to be lowered in ram and improve the health of your frame times a lot. Beside all of this.. lower audio frequency lowers the CPU usage.. so set your TV audio output to 22khz.. You won't notice much of a difference and the quality will match that of the graphics in-game. ;)
Otherwise you can play on this machine every game released up till 2004 on the highest settings but disregarding multisampling. Only shadows, reflections and some of the very welcomed post processing effects. A game that will work fine on this machine is the very first Gears of War that will utilize all 4 cores.

This laptop is incredibly trash at gaming but it’s pretty good for other stuff, just don’t buy it for gaming it’s legit one of the trashiest gameplay you might experience
I have 2 of these. And is just a tablet with a keyboard that runs windows.
I develop games and I go online, run gimp from a thumb drive, run, GameMaker Studio, play online games.
It loads the programs slower than a laptop and rarely slows down. Of course I woudn't run heavy games with bunch of high def graphics.
It does what I need it to do. Battery for me is about 5 continuous hours of work, charges in about 2 hours and about 2 weeks stand by.
The only thing I had trouble was to use a mouse for it. I tried 2 different mice I had, different brands ( don't remember which ones) .
Then I finally had to go buy a microsoft mouse.

@@gabrielcook2539 I saw the specifications for Counter Strike Global Offensive and it looks like it is a demanding game compare to the power you have with this tablet. You would have with this tablet the space and Ram required but not the processing power. I would probable be slow and laggy if you can load it and run it at all. I am not expert at all, but, in my humble opinion I would not use this tablet to play that type a game. But that is just me. I apologize for not providing more help.

Being honest, this $120. 2 in 1 really isn't so bad. It's screen is VERY sharp. The speaker is a bit tinny, but still ok. The camera is better than I thought it would be. In TABLET mode, it can web surf surprisingly well. You can leave it in tablet mode and still use the keyboard, and still have the faster tablet speed and have touchscreen available. The only thing I don't like about it is that the WiFi receiver doesn't work as well as it should. If you're any more than 20 feet from your WiFi, you will start to notice it. That said, anytime you have it online, it should be in TABLET mode. Like I said, you can STILL use the keyboard AND the touchscreen. And it will web search MUCH faster.

Honestly, I got one of these about 4 years ago, I was actually able to play Left 4 Dead on it from Steam which surprised the Hell out of me. I still have it somewhere, been super trying to find it.

I got one about a year ago and added a 128gb SD card. I use this at the campground on those rainy days to do some CAD work with DesignSpark or to watch movies that I have stored on the SD card.
It also made updating the firmware on my 3D printers easier since they are in my basement and this tablet is so portable.
My biggest complaint is that I can't permanently un-pin Edge and Microsoft Store from the taskbar but that's a Microsoft issue.

I did finally get rid of Edge an the Microsoft store by editing the LayoutModification.xml file.

Skip this other than using for novelty or singular purpose (like a logging machine that has little to no human interaction). The 2GB of memory is inadequate and will leave you angry. Worst yet, this processor throttles down under load to avoid overheating and that load level is frequently reached with tasks such as continuous web browsing. This means that while the performance specs aren't too bad, they are artificial because the system cannot run at full load speed for any small period of time.
I am upgrading the memory though

you did a good job telling about the tablet . a chromebook cost alot more money but it's worth it . you have chrome os plus you can run android apps . windows had to make extensions and apps for android because they couldn't sell thier product . google gives alot of stuff free . google is top dog now . microsoft couldn't even sell phones .
Here's some information, someone might find helpful, related to Windows 10 not necessarily this machine specifically.
I started having the BSOD (Driver Power State Failure) about 4 times a day. After updating all drivers didn't help I noticed several copies of run time broker in the task manager so I disabled it in the registry and no more BSOD. The BSOD problem probably started happening because I disabled the Microsoft store from showing up in the task bar via the LayoutModification.xml file.
Here's the fix for the BSOD issue I had.
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TimeBrokerSvc
Set Start from 3 to 4 to disable it.
I can't get it past the Driver Failure Notice. It keeps looping.
You didn't cause it by the way. Microsoft did. They can't do an OS. They should go with Sailfish.

The reason the pictures are a better quality and the shutter time is less is probably due to a better image processing unit on the Atom vs the MediaTek on the Android's
How long does the battery last for you? I just bought a refurbished one on Ebay and I'm lucky if it even lasts me 2 1/2 hours. The battery just drains so fast. It basically almost goes down 1 percent per minute. I have to start using it while it's charging. Charging is okay though, it's not too slow to charge but it's also not fast. So I'm just wondering if my tablet's battery dying so fast is because I got one with a bad battery or if they all are like this. * I mostly just use it to type on Microsoft Word.
The irony of this is that I'm watching this on a RCA Cambio 10.1. I like it, but I do agree that a mouse helps because the touchpad is small.

Rca is tell you a lie. They said it is running Windows 10. It's not it's running Windows 8.1 if you enter the house bye pressing esc while it's boot up then go to the boot tab it says windows 8.1 not windows 10 it's still a good tablet for the price and I still would have bought it if they just said it ran 8.1 so why are they tell a lie.
Battery is supposed to last 6 or 7 hours but lasts about 2 or 3 New. Also is pretty slow and unresponsive. Also sound quality is poor. Will return to Wal-Mart.

Yes, I use mine to transfer a lot of things. I recently had to transfer my Wife's photos from her phone's SD Card to an external hard drive. I was too lazy to get up and go to my desktop so I sat on the couch using my RCA Cambio.
Would have liked to see you delve more into light gaming such as Stardew Valley, Darkest Dungeon etc. Would have liked to see you play some videos and maybe some older console emulation such as PSX, N64 and Game Cube.

Some games work great on it, I play Duke nukem 3d from steam, just turn off the 3d rendering and it's really smooth.

@@Glamrgrl104 The screen is touch screen but I wouldn't use it for drawing. Just isn't super accurate. It's not the fastest computer in the world, but if you're just streaming video and music and doing some light drawing with a drawing tablet then it'll work just fine. But if that's all you're using it for I would recommend one of the Android ones because with the amount of ram and the processor it uses those will run better. But if you're wanting windows, this is the best and cheapest option I've found.

Portable and u can of course take anywhere and if it gets stolen u ain’t loosing that much lol but pretty legit possibly what using the tablet for the battery life will last u 3-4 hours but if u have a portable charger u should fine and hook this up to a Bluetooth speaker and it upgrades the speaker you have but pretty legit add u a usb extender so u get more options and it has a hdmi port and if u loose the first charger u can just charge this was a regular android charger and don’t expect it to play high end games or effects but good for movies and RUclips and work options tho for games it’s alright
How do you use the micro SD slot? I put a micro SD card in mine and I didn't have to force it in, so I'm pretty sure I put it in correctly, but now I can't get it out. It's stuck in there.
I have had mine over a year now and my only complaint is power and power integration. These suckers after first update(there upon purchase) won't charge it stay charged worth a CRAP

Think thats one im using but im posting this on samsung galaxy tab yeah mine the keyboard malfunction but it reads it just driver knocks out on rca but i can use the keyboard touchscreen it did get hit by one those blue screens maybe its glitched on the keyboard but its been running better on the update about 3 weeks ago it shows the news on the search bar now but still having keyboard problems but touch keyboard is fine have not used tabet mode much it seems to take weather better than some devices that ive used in the past but yeah i dont use the kick bar much i either lean it againest a wall or hold it with my hand yeah idk about gaming either for it but RUclips did show improvement on update 3 weeks ago it was very bogged down last year slow but its better on youtube it noticed .

I have an RCA android tablet and the instructions indicate you can charge with the pin but to charge with the USB it had to be on standby mode.
RCA does not provide support for their products or honor their warranties. Buyer Beware!
If another brand is available do not choose RCA.
I bought a tv which was missing pieces, very easy problem to solve. Customer support has to be done through email and it is a different person who reaponds each time. the responses seem automated and they say “the parts are not available, go to local service center” one email even suggested trying to find the parts online!
Basically just need the piece that holds the base to the TV.
RCA customer support is the worst I have ever experienced!

Underground Tech, yes, I agree, I think RCA has a good lineup of products and thought they were a trustworthy brand, but after a month of being blown off I am ready to blow the whistle on them and spread the word that they do not support their products. I am actually shocked how deficient this area of their company is. :(

3 Main Differences, This one has Windows 10 OS, 2 Gig of RAM, 10.1 inch screen, Galileo Pro has Android OS, 1 Gig of RAM, and 11.5 inch Screen. If the OS on the Galileo Pro is a GO version of Android then it just comes down to preference, Windows 10 OS or Android OS.
Mine stopped working and the hard reset is only the on button since there’s no volume on the outside. There’s no reset button. Lasted 2 years so not sure how to reset it. It freezes and the picture is sideways. I think I burnt it out. 2 years use....trying the second charger. But I’d there a way to save photos on tablet?

Look for (at the least) a 64 gb. 256gb is the sweet spot

I have this tablet, mine trashed itself. I got mine last year. Redid windows on it using the built in windows restore, Windows somehow messed itself up during this process, as many things including settings/control panel were missing. So I reflashed windows 10 onto it and now its half functional. Cannot get the touch screen and the accelerometer to work. Driver for it is hard to find. Wish I had made a backup of this device when I first got it before doing anything else with it. Contacted customer support, they were no help. I fix my own computers as I’m very savvy doing so, but they simply wouldn’t supply me all drivers necessary for this device to make it fully functional again. What a waste of about $100 + tax.

Bought this last year around summer. Worked good for a day then it started to get really warm and it powered off when I turned it on. I would not recommend this 2-1 tablet/laptop. Not a good windows tablet/laptop

@@siullezgonza1632 it would depend on what kind of software you're wanting to download the size of the software and if that software is capable of being downloaded and saved on SD card or the expandable memory because the tablet itself only has a 32 GB hard drive itself but it is essentially a laptop it doesn't have the memory capacity that a normal laptop does without the expandable memory and other words an SD card but you can put a fairly good-sized SD card in it with out any problem I actually have a 128 GB SD card in mine and I think I can probably put one that's even bigger than that so it just depends on what software you're wanting to put on it and if that software can be saved on the SD card sorry this is long I usually have to use voice typing in order to type it's easier for me but it's more portable than a laptop it's lighter than a laptop and you can charge it with a USB cable you don't have to have the bookie charge cord that laptops have to have you don't have to have all the setup that a desktop uses it's got the touch screen you got the on-screen keyboard you got the detachable keyboard you got the front and rear cameras it really is a good little two in one laptop I really enjoy it I have voodoo on mine I have Hulu I have Netflix I have other movies that I've got downloaded on my Windows media so I like my tablet so get it try it out see what you think

I got a funny story about this tablet. About 10.5 months ago I got crazy text from a former fiancee of a few years back who use to be or maybe still is a prostitute, she had to tell me her current boyfriend who is a plumber in Cohoes NY bought her this tablet at Walmart for just under a $100 but it doesn't do everything she wanted it to, hinting for me to buy her better one. Telling me a former fiancee that her current fiancee got her a tablet that is not a good one and wanted me a former fiancee, who she use to steal money from ($3000) to get her a more expensive tablet. Must be the plumber isn't making enough money fixing toilets in Cohoes NY, although she doesn't even live in NY. Although he did take her rollerblading. Funny story, this Walmart Cambio Tablet reminded me of this story from June of 2019. Tablet is good, but this person described is not, be very weary of women who drive White Kia Sportages.
I dont know why but mine doesnt work it wont switch to laptop mode its stuck on tablet mode help!!!!!

Does it support booting from USB? I changed the boot order to USB, then normal. I started it up and it skipped the USB and went to windows.

My daughter uses this exact same model for school. She mainly uses it for her online work, her Roblox game, and few other games from the Windows Store. She hasn't complained yet. I have one of these as well. You can use an SD card as a 2nd storage. Install as many programs as you want. Just make sure when it asks for install location you point it to the SD Card not the C: drive. Windows 10 Apps will install to C: first. Go into apps and you can move them to the SD Card. I also have a 250 Gig External Hard drive with all my old school games installed. You can also use blue tooth keyboard & mouse, or USB hub to plug in multiple devices to the 1 USB port. Emulation: Remove keyboard, attach USB controller, emulate NES, SNES, etc. My 10inch TV with built in old school consoles. FUN! Hope this helps.

Personally I would not get this due to its limitations and would save up a few extra bucks to get a Acer Aspire e15 , which is way better for a budget
I have one not touchscreen and 2017 version but works good even if 500gb. Have a 1tb HD too.
I want a tablet to use away from my laptop. That is a bigger screen than my Kindle HD 8.

So it's windows 10s is that why you couldn't download anything I need something cheep to run a program that i need to download I've heard you can only use windows aps on 10s
