Hi, thanks for this review. I have the same one and after the holiday update the sync between the rear display and Tesla screen is not working anymore. Can you please test the following on this display: Activate a rear heating on any rear seat. Then check the Tesla main display if it shows you, that a rear heating seat is activated? And also you mentioned that you did an software update on the rear screen. Could you please provide a download link to the new firmware for this rear screen? Many thanks in advance. Cheers.
I have also this screen, but im going to send it back. I have a lot of issues. The screen gets black after a few minutes and there is no way to get it on besides turn the car of and on again. And it touches by itself on the screen. Then i can just connect one bluetooth headset. And the temp shown in the back does not match wirh the front screen. I guess i trie an different one. The sim card is cool and works fine
You need the update file for it. I had the same issue and after updating, works perfectly. Message me on IG, and I’ll send you the link to the file. Same name as here for my IG.
@@JaeTheDev thanks for the update file. As far as i could test it in 2 days, the screen doesnt get black any longer. Important, the firmware update did just work after i formated the usb drive directly at the screen. A formating at the laptop did not work.
I also have this same problem including issue with WiFi hotspot. Don’t have IG, any other way you can send me the url for file or I will need to return it. Thanks. I can share cell for DM ?
