- Hi Guys
Here's the footage from my visit to Peckham Police Station.
I was initially approached by a sergeant who seems to think its ok to bark out orders at members of the public.
After that I'm then accosted by a Constable with a cricket bat who bravely took out his notebook demanding my details before a different sergeant appears and gives him the old Heave Ho!
Let me know what you guys think in the comments
enjoy the video
stay safe

She’s the nasty one AB just had a run in with for walking by a round about police being thugs again but Ab owned them as normal how rude they are …
the idiocy and audacity of police cant be overstated.
Auditing Police Stations are way more fruitful than posters in a Job centre ! Good job mate
I agree with this 100%. Having a go at gorillas over not wearing their SIA badge is boring.
It serves a purpose, but it’s not enlightening or entertaining.
It doesn’t feed the rage, or soothe the soul.
great stuff. don't let them speak over you/interrupt you its about establishing dominance over you
hi this is the first one of yours that I have had the pleasure of watching in the last few days, at the weekend I was introduced to a new concept that might appeal to you. This one involves you trying a new strategy with people that accost you in the street. It starts by you telling them that you cannot ask any questions because you are a private security consultant and expect to get paid for your services. You then say that if they wish to continue with the encounter you need to know their names and addresses for the invoice, this should get rid of them. In the unlikely event that they say they want to continue you can then say that your standard charges are say fifty pounds for admin expenses, then at ten pounds per minute.
It is possible that they will not understand this or take you seriously but since you have told them that this is a condition of continuation and that continuation assumes acceptance of the contract they have no way out, in civil law the contract stands, you can them send them the invoice and if it is not settled within the specified time, say thirty days, you can launch a claim in the small claims court, if they fail to respond the court will judge in your favour and you can then go to the police station they serve from and insist that they are suspended until the claim plus all reasonable costs is settled in full, based on the fact that all of them sign the same contract terms that forbid any of them from service while in debt!. All of this is civil action, completely separate from criminal law.
While all of this above is rather speculative it does at least offer one more way of resisting the tyranny.
This poor deluded individual is unable to understand the difference between perception and reality, this is very much embedded in our culture now and is not entirely his fault, more a matter of defective training, the people that are responsible for that are also sadly deluded.
The careful and patient way you explain all this to them is just the sort of work they should be paying for.
Hi, have you actually run this strategy past a civil action lawyer, and if so what was their deduction?
She ran right up to you yelling get that camera out of my face.. err.
Something to hide have they.
A.B. met the same copper she was very rude she asked him to stop filming although her and her staff were filming him. Sergeant Brooks is Not Suitable Sergeant Material this is clear she was told to leave him alone so stupid.
So she’s recording you but she doesn’t want you to film her 😂😂😂😂
Incompetance again from a sergent, what is going on?
** STOP PRESS ** I've just spoken to a former police colleague who's son is currently in the MET. It appears that when the NPCC guidance on public photography was reissued, because it was ratified by the Home Office and the College of Policing, the MET senior management team were obliged to endorse it. In reality they were most upset and tacitly approved all the excessive challenges including the Sec 43 searches. However due to the number of successful civil actions and the IOPC giving them grief they changed their strategy. The " unofficial " policy is to now to suggest the bloggers behaviour is not normal or is strange, this is designed to create an atmosphere of suspicion and provide justification for the intimidating searches. You will see that all the newer " audits " on MET police station start with the challenge, your behaviour is not normal or don't you think you are being a bit strange ? are you on any medication ?. The implication is the blogger is not mentally proficient and thus adds further credence to the need to question and search.
Now why dose that not surprise me
@@bfef550 No change. Historically they’ve been handcuffed and searched.
Very interesting and useful feedback. Thank you.
And related to this, to get "sectioned" on mental health grounds now only
needs one doctor. It used to be 3. Big Brother likes to be in total control.
Sounds like a plod 4d chess tactic straight from inspector muppet
Using such a tactic could be considered slanderous though harder to pursue legally than blatant miss use of section 43
@@Audit-The-Auditors **STOP PRESS** More police lies, from Police father and Police son!! 😏🙄. 😂
The Peckham peckers.
That PC was absolutely clueless and ignorant of the law. Like how he got his notebook out, I don't think he could comprehend the fact that you refused to provide details.
That wasn’t his note book, it was his colouring in book.
He expected the auditor to fold
This is what they are like when they are under special measures, so no change then.
She has obviously just been promoted, and wants to try out her new power !
😁
Quota promotion.
I just love it when they reach for the note book. 🤣😁🤣😁
omg the best 😂😂😂
omg the best 😂😂😂
I think That female sergeant was really weird. Do normal people behave like she does? If she walked into a shop where I worked talking like that, invading personal space and walking round in circles I’d call security. Then you get another weirdo with a cricket bat 🙄. Who’d employ those two to sell burgers? Yet these are the people who serve and protect the public. God help Britain
The Mets finest. Oxymoron.
Well handled. How the hell did she make Sargent. Nuts.
I can think of two reasons she did. 🙄
Sergeant Box Ticker.
Take the camera out of my face but I can film you. Sergeant Karen has a serous attitude and at first she identified as a pc 🤷♂️
The pc with the over size jacket on was totally clueless.
While she continually moved forward so it was in her face. SMH!
So she's worried about personal vehicles. So the question is why are they in the compound and police vehicles parked outside illegally? Ah yes they don't want to pay the exhorbitant parking costs. In other words corruption. Using public office for personal gain.
@@Audit-The-Auditors You can see them in the background. Parked illegally, as is normal there, because they compound is full of personal vehicles dodging paying for parking. Abuse of public position for personal gain.
@@Audit-The-Auditors every time I’ve been there you will find half a dozen. I was even considering chalking the wheels
@@Audit-The-Auditors The exemption is clear. If they are on an operation.
However the met does not have a definition of operation.
What we have is the car park full of personal vehicles. You have that in this video, where the Sgt confirms that there are personal vehicles in the compound.
Hence all the vehicles outside. There are more. They leave a police book in the front windscreen as a get out of jail card.
So unless they are attending a crime scene at the police station, they aren't on any operation.
To see a more typical set up look on Google Street view. 8 Parked illegally and one from Southwark council too boot.
If you also look, they aren't going to be using meeting house lane as a means of getting to a crime scene so the fast getaway doesn't add up. Too many parked cars and speed humps.
I've even suggested that they get teh council to put in a couple of bays outside if they do need a fast getaway.
The policewoman says, "filming is odd behavior," whereas muggings, robberies, drug dealing and murder is normal and not interfered with🙄
To be fair to the London police they are very good at catching murderers
If they weren’t out catching these people the streets would be 10x more violent than it is currently. If all the gang members who the police have put in prison were free London would be a war zone
@@user-hp4gl8vx8e I think you should check-out the stats for arrest and detection rates, its appalling and well below the national average, and with the amount of crime already committed and rising I'd doubt anyone would be able to tell the difference
Tell her you're going out burgling in the local area so obviously she wouldn't be interested.
Great response 🎉 👏
She is as unprofessional as it gets, she looks like she just woke up.
"look at him getting his notebook & pen out, he's very optimistic, bless him". That gave me a chuckle 😂😂
Shopping lists 😂😂😂😂😂😂
PC cricket bat looks like he's been tryin on his Dad's clothes.
🤣🤣🤣
😂 👏👏
Section 43 of the terrorism act only applies if the officers have reasonable grounds to suspect someone is a terrorist. If they do, they have a right to search. Filming a building openly is not reasonable grounds.
These people get weirder, have you seen reggies latest video?
@@DavidMiller-pt5su
He was just out chopping firewood with his imaginary axe.
@7.24 a copper that carries a cricket bat with him (weapon ?) you have a choice to give up your rights one way or another, stop recording (totally legal to record) or leave (totally legal to stay) also he demanded you give up your right to privacy (IDENTIFY YOURSELF) for no legal reason. Lucky a superior officer came by and stopped these violations and a court case. Is a bat a weapon? Silly boy.
No income tax, no VAT, No moneyback, no guarantee.... 😁
😂😊🤔😔😁😅🤣😂🤣😅🤣😂
🤣🤣trigger has new job as a copper!!
😂 God bless Hooky Street, Viva Hooky Street, C'est magnifique Hooky Street!
Mate you're content just gets better..👌💯
They always walk off when you’re talking to them but if you walk off when they talk to you, they don’t like it
Laughing Auditor is now a required watch, always seems to rile them up, good job
The reason they try and get so close to you is because they try to see if you smell of alcohol so there is something they can use to suggest you sure drunk and obtain your details.
What a frigging joke she was 😳 she'll be lucky to keep her stripes if that's how she deals with the public. Body warn BS again. Good video bud.
Her shoes were more polished than her policy.
When they are so intellectually challenged makes you wonder how they even tie their own shoelaces
🤭🤣🤣🤣
Great work, I'd love to know why he had a cricket bat though, he was eager with his pen and note book, god bless him.
Lucky TLA was not carrying a bat or he would be locked up.. But ok for plod to walk the streets with one..
The Sgt and the silly little boy with the cricket bat were well and truly schooled. How fools like that can be in any job, let alone one with powers is beyond me. Another great video exposing tyrannical idiots.
Appreciate the support my friend, stay safe. TLA
Tick all the boxes😢😢😢
Not content with a truncheon he was definitely batting for the other side...
@@thelaughingauditor Her buddies asking if she needs assistance and her saying no your allright🤣🤣🤣she knew more embarressment heading her way.
The officer was making up his own rules as he went along, notebook out and he was not even sure if you had to give your name , when queried him.
They must be pleased to get issued such comfortable pair of shoes. 🤓
Even if you are detained you are not required to answer any police questions.
“Odd behaviour”
“Is that how you have a conversation?”
30’seconds later you are half way through a sentence and she walks off to speak on her radio.
Who is the one displaying odd behaviour?
The thing that bothers me about the changes is, apparently if you admit/tell them you are an auditor, that gets you off the hook, and they back off, giving AUDITORS implied rights, ones which we the public don't have. Again driven by prosecutions and bad PR, someone should tell them the bad PR is covered by their officers every day, you know with either lazy attitude, bad attitude, bullying attitude, or just plain US vs The members of the public attitude
I have unsubscribed. Simply because this auditor hasn't shown any appreciation to his viewers and turns the comments section off when he gets it wrong, and his viewers criticize his behaviour. If you can't stand the heat. Stay out of the kitchen.
Massive respect to TLA. You should have said to the Sargent (who instantly promoted herself), 'don't stand so; don't stand so; don't stand so close to me' ... after all, it was the Police that wrote the lyrics!
Ye he's really doing great things , I like the Brickwall and metal gate two my personal favourites
she did not have a complex. It was more like simplex. wonder how she made Sgt? answers on a postcard.
Hard to be authoritative with a kiddie bat under your arm.
Wonder who she had to do for her stripes 🤔
What happens when the Met Police buy their uniforms from Del-Boy Trotter.
Please read my STOP PRESS to the end it might be enlightening to bloggers !
When they ask more than once they are not 'just asking'.
Pulling out a notepad 🤣🤣Jog on mate.
She comes out saying Don't your camera in my face!" All the while she has her camera running, the same distance away as his camera.
Well done 👏🏼👏🏼
She definitely got those stripes because of her deep understanding of the law, her wonderful attitude to the public, and her polite readiness both to listen and to answer questions honestly without avoidance. NO WAY was that a 'diversity' / female quota promotion. I just don't believe it. Couldn't be. Not possible.
I have seen white male sergeants & inspectors act equally as poorly as this one. I therefore don't see the reason to claim she was only promoted to sergeant as part of a diversity quota.
An irresistible candidate for all kinds of questionable reasons
I understand you are upset, and the pigs belong in a bacon tray, but don't make this about race bro
@@fgcpeak9591 Was it me that made it about race! I'll see it any way I like, specially when the hiring behaviour fits the politics.
BTW, it would take more than this, or you, to make me 'upset', so don't talk like a YT troll.
@@1977ajax clearly it was you because you made the initial comment you donkey
He got off lightly, what a plonker! He'll abuse somebodys rights and not even realise it 😢
Poor old constable cricket bat must feel so much better having harassed a member of the public for doing nothing wrong but felt the need to try and ID him, beginning to sound like those meatheads across the pond who seem obsessed with ID like it's their fix.
Was he going to help you with you're shopping list
The last copper what a funny little man ha ha note book funny
Just another KAREN
How did she make serg .. absolute rubbish at intimidation .. failed to demand why you have been seen filming private cars, or indeed failure to spout any credible lies at all .. and then cricket bat boy turns up , any other gaff would have had their wages docked for total incompetance
Sargeant complains about member of public filming at the same time covertly filming the member of the public. Is this a comedy sketch little Britain take 2 why are you filming why you can't stand in public. Then comes along the main event the laughing scratched record officer ego size of a bus.
You hurt her feelings really bad, you can tell by hee body language 😊😊
We are all in trouble if this is the standard accepted by police, a sergeant ?
Hold on. " Move the camera out pf my face " And the silly plod has a camera in your face. Another totally Inadequate and useless Sergeant for gods sake she could not even remember se was actually a Sergeant. Shocking !!!!! what a very angry Policeman no Doubt in the Wayne Couzens gang
Oops slip up there I think she acting seargent that day
Can you stop recording me when her camera is on!! 😂😂
With regards to the law….I think the cricket bat would have done a better job 😂😂
and she’s filming him 😂
Finally, thank you ,this has been a major bug bear of mine for sometime . The police say to auditors it’s odd behaviour it’s a bit strange it’s not normal ,I actually find that very offensive ,how dare they ? Thank you for challenging her .
@@adamgrimsley2900 it makes no difference whether I think it’s strange or not , is it lawful ? YES it is . Do the police like it ? No they don’t , tough .
Liked her first one ever to apologise for not saying she was recording
The sargeant was a joke, then she sends out batman , who was even more of a joke
Great work as ever TLA. Sent packing x 2. Textbook.
It’s amazing how those little men question another full grown man on a public walk. There is zero chance he would have the intestinal fortitude to do that without a badge. Too many memories of getting beat up on the playground in grammar school.
Having been instructed to walk back inside the police station and leave you alone, you would think that Sergeant Brooks 247 would have learnt something from this encounter with you ,but it appears not. Just 5 months later and who does she try and tell to stop filming her? None other than AB, who also made her look stupid and embarrassingly poor at her job. Once a police officer realises and knows it is not a crime to film in public, why would that same officer then go and try to stop someone else from doing exactly the same thing ? Not sure if I am aloud to share AB's link of the video, but can be found on his channel under the title " Officer Maoam & The Top Security guard.
There was a black female sarg, wearing a skirt, which is strange and supicious ,in this day and age in the current climate, who tried to give AB a hard time,he of course pulled her batteries out,and put her back in her box.
Same copper ,i wonder ?!🤔
As the police now seem to challenge behaviour demonstrated by the likes of TLA and others as 'not normal' I'd like to see an auditor respond with "In this day and age/the current climate, I have serious doubts whether those joining or remaining in the police could ever be described as normal."
Their feelings matter over public. Talk about leading example
So a bobby approaches you with a cricket bat in his hand and says YOU are the threat
Odd behavior?? I think the hundreds of thousands of auditing videos on RUclips makes it quite common behavior.
You should have accused 🤡 #2 that he was carrying an offensive weapon that wasn't police issue.🤣
By not informing him its classed as covert recording the very same thing she accusing you of..the hypocracy is astoundingly obvious.
Well you have your camera in my face miss police woman get it out of my face, disgusting behaviour right off ,she is clueless on the law as do most uk police, just looking at this video it's embarrassing to watch the police now days people now more about the law then the copers
Is that Sgt at the beginning the same one who accosted AB recently for ‘walking down the road and looking at a roundabout’?
You deal well with these arrogant water heads. No bluster or circular arguments, well done.
When coppers walk up that close sneeze just as they get up to you right in their mush
that police lady at the start came out and was all over you like a rash getting in your space and demanding answers and giving you orders.....then she slopes off with her tail between her legs totally deflated like a burst balloon.. very funny that was.
PC clueless 😆
they sound so polite while violating someones freedom over there....must be the accent
Same Sergeant from ABs vid. Doesn’t like a camera.
Comedy gold with these 🤡. Never fail to entertain. 👍👍👍📸
don't often see skirts, also bulled shoes, old school. Young policeman should listen to his radio.
walks out with her body cam on then asks you to put your cam away and says filming is odd behavior cant make it up
Nae bother 'big yin'.!GOOD STUFF .no mercy for tyrant's.
She's in AB's latest video... obviously didn't learn anything
A police officer carrying a cricket bat looks rather unusual to say the least 🤣 🤣 the sergeant and the PCSO were far more professional
Yussus, how ignorant and uneducated are those two cops there.
That boy doesn't know much about anything, does he?
Kinda you that got owned by trying to pull him up for not informing you of being videoed when he did.
Should you ask them what authority they think they have over you? You sort of did.
