(Well, veteran puppeteers John Tartaglia and Donna Kimball HELPED, but still.)

And, yes, it is great to see all of the behind the scenes that make the magic of puppetry work. Thanks so much for this. What I find really amusing is that even when they weren't playing the characters, and talking to Adam as themselves, the puppets were still moving and reacting without the puppeteers really thinking about it. Mokey's head would move simultaneously with Donna's regardless of whether Donna or Mokey was talking. It was like there were 4 people (or fraggles) talking to Adam instead of just two actors. Each puppeteer was just so in tune with their character they were practically independent. I loved it.

It is a true testament to the abilities of Donna and John that even while I could see both them and the puppets on screen, could see the hand movements, the manipulation, a literal hand up the butt of the puppets, could hear the occasional faults in maintaining the character's voices - I still kept forgetting that I wasn't watching real, live Fraggles and Doozers. I grew up with the original Fraggle Rock (I've written this bit on most of your videos on the Fraggles: My parents subscribed to HBO over-the-air, before cable was available in our city - a second dish antenna pointed at a local transmitter JUST for HBO, broadcasting on "channel 3", and you had a small in-line descrambler and a "switch box" like used for Atari/early RF home computers. Fraggle Rock was the only show my sister and I watched on it other than the occasional kid-friendly movie.) And Cotterpin Doozer was probably singlehandedly responsible for me becoming a "hacker" (in the more general sense - someone who "hacks" things purely to learn about them, from taking apart mechanical toys to see how they work - and more excitingly putting them back together and having them work, to my current career in cybersecurity.)
