Hi Mark, I'm not sure if I already responded via email but just in case I did not there are 73 homes in Fremont Place. Although some Realtors are aggressive in their list price the homes usually sell between 4 million and 12 million dollars.

Hi Mark, As I mentioned in my previous comment to you, I'm not sure if I already responded to you via email but if I didn't the average lot size in Fremont Place is about 40,000 square feet. Some are as high as 70,000 square feet.
