When I was 13 my hair was curly and down to my tail bone. When I would straighten my hair I would sit on it on accident. Then I cut it to shoulder length and donated over 18 inches to alopecia because my sis has it. I grew it back down to waist in 4 years then cut it again to shoulder length and now I'm 25 I had it at shoulder length for 4 months and now it's at bra length. I'm just going to grow it out and keep it at waist length.

Me personally I've taken sugar bear hair vitamins and it helped with my hair growth alot that was also like going back maybe 2 years ago. Liquid biotin helps alot 2

I hope to be able to have my hair in a cute puff by the end of the summer. I used to never think I'd be able to have longer hair and while I'm not yet at 12 inches, I've come farther than ever before. Here's what I did: 1. Deep condition/wash my hair EVERY week. 2. Apply leave in conditioner and coconut oil on DAMP hair. 3. Twist up my hair, throw a stylish scarf on, and leave it alone. These three things have helped me retain more length than I ever had before. I hope it helps you guys.

Lol by the time you get to that length you have it down to a science and know your hair well enough to manage it properly and easily.
