Easy Flowmaster exhaust install on 2006 Ford F150 5.4

Flowmaster and stock exhaust comparison and easy install on a 2006 Ford F150 5.4, I changed my mind about keeping the stock exhaust tailpipe. The Flowmaster adds a nice rumble. Not to loud and not too quiet on My 2006 Ford F150. The engine is a stock 5.4 litre, the only change was the Flowmaster and change in tail pipe.

It is a year and a half later on this Flowmaster muffler install on my 2006 Ford F150. and still working and sounding good. I bought another Ford F150. A 2015 with a v6. I'm thinking about putting a Flowmaster exhaust on that truck too, but prob wont sound as good???

I would of gotten a long straight pipe and run it out the back

That was the plan, but the axle was in the way. Didnt want to spend too long on this.

Thanks, about to do my trucks I think I want my exhaust to still come out rear, I wonder what other pieces I need.

If you havent already done it, head to O'Reily or Autozone and you can buy all the pipe and connectors you need

Did you have to weld it ? Also do you have to put it before the rear tire?

I clamped it on. And to save some money had it come out before rear tire
