These remind me of early to mid 2000s skate shoes. I mean this in a good way. It hits the nostalgia receptors in just the right spots

Solid review as always. Years ago I played in the German/American League football, no injuries. At the same time I played "flag" football for my unit. I was playing in a flag football tourney, rushing the QB at full speed and got speared by the opposite offensive guard. I was rushed to the hospital by my buddies. Ended up with a cracked sternum and bruised heart. Almost died playing "flag football"

This colorway is okay because it hides all the parts that are offensive to my eyes 😂 My dumbest (and worst) injury was breaking my ankle slipping on wet concrete while running in from the rain. 😬

Great review! I struck out on the green pairs. It was the only colorway I wanted until I seen the grey pairs but those look limited too… hope the non Nigel pairs will have more colorways because I think the model looks dope

I like this pair. Much more wearable being black/white versus Nigel’s green. All it will take is a picture of Nigel wearing this pair, and then everyone will want them.

Great vid as always! Dumbest way I got hurt was today. I dropped a bottle of nail polish on the floor and knew I would pick it up when I got back so I left there & exited the room. When I came back in I stepped perfectly on it and slid into the slowest split ever. I'm 45 and pretty active daily but when I went to get in my car a couple hours later I felt 55 😂 Epsom salt kinda Friday for me

These will never be better than the original 4 ,but I actually like these alot . The tongue could be a little bigger but I love the early 00s chunky skate shoe aesthetic and love Jordans . People have been skating in Jordans ( the 1s mostly ) for a long ass time now and I always thought Jordan brand should have a skate shoe . I think it's a dope and clean looking shoe . What's the price tag looking like though?

QOTD: The first time I ever dunked, I didn't understand how to time letting go of the rim, so I held on way too long and my legs were nowhere close to underneath me when I came down. I took the brunt of the fall on the flat part of my back just above my butt and my left forearm and elbow. 0/10, would not recommend. Nothing broken but road rash on my arm and I couldn't sit comfortably for a couple days.
You said it--wait until Nike SB gets hold of these. I like this silhouette already, and once SB does their thing with materials and colorways I think we have a true winner on our hands. Given that they already worked their magic with the 4s, it doesn't seem like much of a stretch to believe there could've been input into the 4RM already.
And, to further the SB conspiracy rumor, the only other Nike shoe I've seen use the "RM" name is the Nike SB Zoom Janoski RM, where it did indeed stand for "remastered"--points to Jodi for getting it.

These are such a weird/interesting shoe - I feel like they improve on standard J4s in some ways and make them worse in others.

Found the various transitions between shots in this video super distracting though, and just made it difficult to watch. But I guess in some ways better than the loud swooshy noises and spinning shots of before…so kind of like the sneakers being reviewed - some ways better, some ways worse
