How long does it take to dry please

For a small candle like this about 4 hours-it will look like the wax set from the outside, inside might take longer.
But don’t burn freshly made soy scented candles; they need to cure for 1-2 weeks for optimal results!

Yes I added a Raspberry scent to the pink wax and a Buttercream scent to the frosting. The chocolate part also has a buttercream scent because it’s so small. But you can definitely add other scents

I like that you showed us how to make everything the only thing that really throws me off is you haven't showed us step-by-step how to do everything like I don't know how to use one of those bags that you squeeze is that wax that you're squeezing out I'm am sure what you're squeezing out of the pastry thing and if you could show everything that you need from the very beginning that would be very helpful

It depends where you’re from. I think in the States most people use Candle Science. I’m in Canada so I’ve been using fragrances from a few local suppliers.

I melted it fully, it becomes thick once it’s cooling off
