Hi Steven, thanks for your video, I always enjoy & appreciate them.
I don't think you should say that the extent, & healthiness of your life is down to what you eat, or exercise, &/or your psychological state.
You are a believer in God, as I am, so you know God has put in place laws. With these laws come blessings or curses. For example, you are promised if you respect your parents, you will be blessed with a long life. You cannot undo this blessing by eating french fries nonstop.... the blessing is a promise.
There are many examples of centenarians, who smoked, drank, and ate what is considered 'bad food' all their life, but thrived.
Better advice for a long life would surely be ... to live a moral life? Or even better to 'follow Christ'.

You’re not honoring your parents by hurting your body with bad food. So you lose blessing

Hi Dave thanks for your comment and appreciate your following. That’s an interesting conversation I think. Of course God can control our longevity however there’s lots we can control too. He allows us to make decision on this earth that come with consequences. Now of course He can interfere but not always. Some of these decisions he gives us is how we look after ourselves.
There’s also almost instant consequences to eating poorly… for example eating a lot of curry and 2 pints of beer right before bed (as I did the other day, that wasn’t a fun night 😂). Thus the better we look after ourselves the better we feel in the short term and we increase our chances of living a long and good quality life.
Having said that, what ultimately trumps all this is our relationship with Jesus but physical health is definitely an important aspect for this life.
