Im from kerala and has seen a video on patna tour.
It looks very calm and beautiful. I noticed a distinct style of architecture in bihar. Some sort of hindu-buddhist amalgamation that has a lot of beauty stored in it. If explored properly, bihar woth its distinct traditional and historically important architecture's can become a tourism hotspot.
Our traditions in kerala, especially our architecture has a strong influence from our buddhist and jain past, and has more similarities with sri lanka.

Trustable, amiable and helpful. Unfortunately, because of some bad apples as you said, there is some wrong notions about biharis, but my stay with bihari friends in Banglore has been very different. Basically, good at heart.
