Crysis 2 Lowest Possible Settings

- This is some gameplay on Crysis 2 on the mission "Road Rage" on the lowest possible settings with no advanced tweaking. The only advanced tweak was I changed the resolution to 640x480 even though it still says "854x480" on the resolution section in the options menu. I also had the Nvidia Control Panel settings on max performance.
I have come to discover that the Nvidia Control Panel settings have a huge performance impact on the game. If I had my Nvidia Control Panel settings on the highest quality but the in-game settings to the lowest quality, then my fps will be reduced by about 10fps than having the Nvidia Control Panel settings on max performance. This does not include Anti-aliasing though, just the other Nvidia Control Panel settings.
Frames Per Second:
BandiCam Recording @ 1080p = 20-30fps
In-Game settings at the lowest quality & Nvidia Control Panel settings on lowest Quality= 50-60fps
In-Game settings at the lowest quality & Nvidia Control Panel settings on Highest Quality (Not including Anti-Aliasing) = 40-50fps
System Configuration:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
MSI Nvidia Geforce GT 630 2GB GDDR3 (Overclocked to 900mhz & memory clock to 650mhz)
AMD Athlon II X2 240 Processor (Overclocked to 3.1ghz)
4gb DDR2 800mhz Ram
Nforce 430 motherboard
Geforce 6150se integrated graphics
