A very interesting video. The ego is the core of our beliefs, values and codes for living. I can see the value of training your Mind to respond not react thus avoiding being triggered and keeping your inner peace etc. How does it work in intimate relationships when you're being used, abused , devalued etc. Do we somehow accept bad treatment still smiling? which would be rewarding and enabling poor behaviour or leave the relationship after trying to unemotionaly negotiate changes in your partners behaviour? I'd be very interested in a video addressing those things. I do like the style of your video, presenting psychological content in a direct down to earth way.
