This guide is decent for a general idea/line to play mongols, but there are so many variations you can do depending on the opponent that it really comes down to experimenting and watching pro players play mongols. Lately you see dark age wheel barrows while here third age wheelbarrow is called early. Double town center plays are interesting for mongols vs mongols/Eco boom civs. Also Siege engineering (improved) is often crucial for mongols and it could be good to research it before hitting third age. Mangonels can safe you when the opponent has spammed units while you rushed to third age and they are pushing you.
Hey Snoopa Thanks for this guide and the live gameplay commentary - was super useful. I was wondering, what do you do vs early Men-at-Arms (eg. Feudal) vs the English. I've had a few English opponents who have done this on the ladder and honestly I don't know what to build at all. Should I go horsemen into this and add archers when they inevitably add spears? It just seems there is no actual counter to the M@A so I have no idea what to build lol.
i've never some up against it, but my thought process would be to just make some archers with towers, MAA can never catch ur archers or vills because of yam network, you can also get +1 attack. but your goal should be to get up to castle asap once you have like 10 archers, with towers to poke down MAA
Which building is best for age 4? One option is it builds units every like 90 seconds and another one was an oovo doing it's thing without stone. Obviously this is a late game thing and was wondering which is usually best
Is there a trick to precisely selecting a certain amount of vills. When I try to move to she up for instance I don't get 4 I get like, 6, or 3, or 10 lol. Is it just really accurate box selects? It's tedious clicking then back over one at a time and I was wondering if there is a more precise way to do it
I love the bird chirps in the background… reminds me of my house in Nowra…. I’m in Seattle now… no bird chirps here on the back verandah :(

I'm interested for your opinion now that mangs are nerfed
@@ThePhantom1Mav I quit playing Mongols lol.. felt like they received too little love.
Hey Snoopa, does this build still work? What's the best way to tower rush now? Plz come back, we miss you :(
many thanks Snoopa, really appreciate
Question: is the 2nd landmark which produce traders cheaper faster a better alternative? Or it has to be the one which increase movement speed by 15%?
Snoopa the MVP.

Thanks - yeah I've only seen it once but it's so weird and you don't actually have 'counter' units so I panicked and lost ^_^.

Great video TY! Any ideas on how to go fast TC with mongols in early feudal?
