Cambodia has no budget to fix those infrastructures and still relaying to china. actually Phnom Pehn and Sihanoukville Skylines are made of Chinese all those buidings standing the city owned by chinese businessman. without Chinese cambodia wont looks developed like that maybe still far behind Myanmar. that why cambodian people are lucky for this chinese to invest in there country.

The road from Sihanoukville to Kampot is like hell. Seriously damage is about 20KM and not sure when government fix it up.
