Damn the U.V light actually turns into a deadly weapon against walkers after two full use and recharge of it at max level.

The flash can actually kill virals if they get tagged by a it a couple times. I've done it a few times when farming trophies.

when i got my uv light to max level i legit was a god. but tips with uv flash lights... lol
1 when max use it every time for example, stunning zombies everytime you hit or a stun a large group
2 use it against volatiles. it just obliterates them.
3 use it when you have a animation you cant do anything for example dropkick, stun them get back up hit them

My UV light says it's at level 2 in the menu, but it says it's level 1 on the blueprint. Has anyone experienced this?
I had that happen with the paraglider, when you upgrade it again it will fix it on the blueprint
@@beansauces Yeah I know it usually takes 3 military tech to get the last upgrade, but it shows that I only have to spend 2 lol, I can't complain.

Same men, but in my case I remember that the uv flahs light only have 3 levels to máx it, but one day my flashlight started to have the effect of a level 1 and when I check the improvements of the flashlight, I got that there was still a fourth level left to max it, but I don't get the option to do it in any store.

In fact, due to the flash I'd recommend just tapping it. Volatiles don't mean shit when you've got the UV strobe light and the crossbow.

So I had my Uv flashlight at max upgrade it was perfect used it a lot. But then I joined someone's co op game and after returning my flashlight is only acting like a level 1. Cant upgrade it again. Especially I've lost a very valuable tool and I can't fix it. Anyone else got the problem?

The problem is fixed with me!. All i done is i did a mission after that the uv light disappeared from accessories. Then, i reequipped it, and everything went to normal.
@@i-pqn9997 Did you do a side mission or story mission? I can't fix my UV flash light. This game is glitchy as hell.
@@i-pqn9997 Fix: The problem occurs when you co op with someone that doesn't have the flashlight yet. Unequip it and equip again might work if not here's what did work 100% of the time for me. (Had the issue 3 times now.) So you quit game first, unequip the flashlight, put something else in the slot and then replace it with the flashlight. This worked for me np but you could also try joining someone who is further in the game and then repeat the steps.
Now go to the settings and turn customize settings to everything turned off And turned on

Wish you can make it brighter and farther reaching, I play all my games with low gamma settings for better imersion and night gameplay is pitch black. Wonder if realistically it would not be after 15y of no light pollution.

Could you show me how/where you got your modified weapons
just get your weapon in your inventory, you should see "modified" options. Then for modifing your weapon, you need to buy weapon mods blueprints at some craftmasters.

I think its only at level 3 but way more worth doing then the grapple. Glidder uv grapple is the way to go in my opinion. All 3 items are basically the same. Level 1 trash. Level 2 meh. Level 3 op.

Just continue doing the story. You’ll get it after you chase Waltz back to the car dealership and then from there you’ll be given a prompt to meet some people and then from there you should be able to get the UV light
You get it at the last mission before you go to the city "lets waltz" its about 7 hours into the game with some messing about but its really trash so dont worry you probably wont need it

super worth it for me.. the upgraded version becomes aoe flash bang like in csgo all the zombies aroud you stunned for few secs.
It's worth it it lasted longer also effect more zombie at once

The UV flashlight blows tbh. As high hopes as I had for this, I was very disappointed. First of all, I think it's ridiculously stupid that it doesn't take place of your actual flashlight or at least be combined with it so it can be toggled on and off.
Seriously, I wouldn't waste your time though. Just upgrade the UV bars. Their utility is the best in the game. I have a video of me fighting six volatiles (and more coming) at once with no problem. Just tossing at your feet when they get close and whoop the shit out of them. Another key component to this is the wombo combo mods I have on all of my weapons. I highly suggest getting the fling mod for the tip, the acid for the shaft and then the grip can be interchangeable but I personally go with the maxed out reinforcement mod. You will land crits so often it's not even funny.
Making UV Bars becomes a problem if pigment is only found in pharmacies/hospitals.
@@chrisnotpratt1903 yes this is true. But that's why me and my buddy have different items we would max level. So basically he gives me all his pigments and I give him all my electronics for mines. And we do the same thing with weapon mods. It would be dumb for both of us to lvl up any of the same items.
@@chrisnotpratt1903 It's faster to make a circuit of all the vendors and stock up. I buy all the harder to get materials it beats trying find them in dark zones.

I like the flare butthe flashlight is amazing once you level it up and it gets the flash affect. I only throw a flare if a freind goes down. Best way to revive someone.
