This one is a bit raw but the talent and massive potential of this couple are obvious. Really like them together!
Alina Fiorella. Completely agree. It doesn't look like a brand new partnership in their first competition together. this is a big occasion for both of them and the nerves are no doubt there but once they settle into each other watch out folks.

Helge Christopherson. This is the second time in the past week i agree totally with you. OMFG what is happening. Salvo perhaps doesn't posses the silkiness of Kirill's body mechanics and he himself has said he doesn't regard himself as a particularly flexible dancer, His technique is very sound, but produces a completely different style to kirill. Salvo has the ability especially in rumba to do something that Kirill struggles big time with and that is the ability to amplify a woman's sensuality and portray deep passion. After all isn't that the reason you are such a huge fan of Slavik and Karinas Rumba (quando te Beso) who you have said is the best of all time? And why you have raved to the moon and back about Salvo and Viktoria as a partnership? That is certainly the reason why I rave about those two partnerships.

This couple is a revelation. A whole revelation. They're not dancing as if they're in competition with the others on the floor. They're dancing waaaaaaaaay above and beyond all that. They have a clear understanding of the power of silence and stillness and they demonstrate it so well.
Tayo. Salvo and Vika did a lecture on this subject not long before the split. You'll find it on dance today channel and yes he understands the importance that the magic of dance is not in the movements, but in those moments of stillness in between. Those that really grasp this make the best dancers, particularly rumba and paso doble and salvo gets it better than almost anyone including most pros. The reason he does it better is he's prepared to reach inside deeper than most. Alexandra gets it too so does Vik that.s why both girls are great partners for him and yes this partnership is exceptional

This is a brand new partnership. You're kidding me. That opening sequence was saucy and musically aligned and grabbed me right away and they didn't let go. Anastasia is more than an adequate replacement for Viktoria. Infact in some ways perhaps even better because she doesn't rely so much on an exotic look and sex appeal. Cant wait to see their rumba it's going to kick ass I think.

Ok, just saw this. They look very strong for a new couple. They have the couple dynamic down very well. Different qualities for her than Vic ( V has a perfect balance of muscularity and flexibility - no easy feat). I do prefer the smouldering/sensual look - the epitome of a top female dancer, in m view. Others lose it for speed, which has its own plusses, but not as feminine in my view.
