@@chamcham212 Sounds about right to me. Coming fourth behind 3 very well established super strong partnerships is a fantastic first up Blackpool result as a band new couple. That in itself speaks volumes for their future prospects.
@@chamcham212 One thing I do like about this new combination is that Sasha in a strong feminine way complements Salvo so very well and there is an engaging believable Man/ woman synergy, but Sasha doesn't consume so much of the attention which actually allows Salvo to come into the picture a little more than he did with Viktoria where i felt he was at times fighting to be noticed and at times came across a bit to aggressive.. This partnership imo has a beautiful balance about it, as is the case with the first two couples here in particular. The sheer talent in this final is exciting because these are the future pros in a few years time so the future is bright.

I think Salvo looks more relaxed with Sasha while dancing and one of the reasons for that is their dancing style. With Viktoria he had to put a lot of efforts to lead because their dancing style was more physically demanding. Especially their rumba contained some acrobatic moves which personally I didn't like because it wasn't look easy and effortless. If dancers want to do those moves, it should be looked effortless imo. I think Joanna Leunis does perfectly in that department. Also connection wise I think he is better with Sasha. I watched videos of Salvo and Viktoria and saw them losing connections quiet often. The reason is because Sasha is naturally very responsive to her partners which Viktoria is kinda lack of. I saw a lot of times Viktoria looked puzzled while waiting for Salvo's move. She does the same with Kirill I think. Anyway they are such a joy to watch! What a extremely positive and happy energy they create on the floor!!!
I say he loves her. She let's him shine too like Yulia let Ricardo. His last partner sexualized every dress, every move, like a strip club. This lady is a partner not in competition with him. They flow.
