same exact sentiments on both Play Along (I'm obsessed with the Windy City series, quite possibly one of my faves of all time! Although I wish we'd get a Monty installment) and Reckless. I hate to say that I was quite disappointed with it too. The last 50 pages redeemed it from a 2-2.5 star read. But I'll still finish cause I feel the third will be wild!
So I’ve read The Dead Romantics and really enjoyed it. I have A Novel Love Story and The Seven Year Slip. I couldn’t decide what I wanted to read first so maybe I’ll read A Novel Love Story First :-)
Have you read the Maple Hills series? I see a lot of hate on it, but I really enjoy the very real and complex family situations. Would love to know what you think about it!
