When I read one of Elin H’s books I had to keep a note in my phone because of all of the characters! I don’t really like having to do that.

I totally get what you are saying about re-reading ACOTAR. It is not a book that you can be half in with. You have to be focused because the world so unique and complex. It is a fun book though

I also went into the first book (finished recently) only knowing that eventually I’ll hate tamlin which makes me sad cuz I loved him in book one lol I’m nervous to continue the series

read whatever you want, that’s the fun of reading!! if you want to read only two series in one month that’s actually really awesome and not boring in the least! boys of tommen & acotar are 2 really popular series and they are popular for a reason! and if you need any more convincing, you actually need to read them asap bc the longer you don’t read them the more likely you will get spoiled for those series!!

Do a blog for the books. I’m on book three which is A Court Of Wings And Ruin. You will find out in book two why everyone hates Tamlin. In book three he is even more of a jerk. I hate Tamlin with a passion!

I wish people wouldn't make so many leading comments about Tamlin to new readers bc it's so much more fun watching it all unfold without knowing whats gonna happen 😢 Like it's not necessarily a "spoiler" but it does spoil some of the experience. You're keeping Tamlin at a distance because you've been told he's going to hurt you, so then you don't go through all the emotions with Feyre.

Love watching you get through this. I tried the audiobook and just could NOT get into this series. Maybe it was a timing thing or perhaps I just can't do most fantasy books. I'm starting to think I might have to revisit this series :)

I didn't hate Tamlin in the first book either, but looking back there were some red flags. They get worse in the next books. 😅

You haven’t missed anything on Tamlin likely at least nothing major. Most of us started disliking tamlin in book 2. And yes please make reading this book series a video series!

ACOTAR got me into fantasy in the beginning of the year! I love how sjm frames it so we all love Tamlin then everything goes downhill & we realize it's not that great. ACOMAF is the one that absolutely hooked me. Hoping to see a vlog on that!
