I have done left side vericocele embolisation on 16th march 2020 but still i have verisocele on left side i can see dilated veins still i have feeling hotness and mild pain specially i feel discomfortable and haviness around afternoon and evening also have vericocele 2.2 mm on right side as well and left side after embolization still have 2,mm but i want totally cure from both side please advise me what i need to do for that. i am having sexual problem low sperm count erection problem low testosterone problem no interest for sex,,, what i need to for next any advise please.
