honestly tho, the samsung galaxy s9+ is really good. Yeah cant believe many dumb kids think Apple has the best camera because "it looks better in snapchat". When we were taking "real" photos, I always had to use my phone because Pixel 2 at that time was the best and it looked so much better than most os the apple phones (keep in mind that most of my friends had iPhone 7 or similar, because who can afford an iPhone X in school😂)

I stopped using it after that big ugly update they did a while back. That update and change in format ruined it for me. A lot of other people hated it too. Snapchat chose not to listen to users complaints. What else did they expect? Especially when there are other social media platforms to use.
Unlike RUclips who also don't listen to their users, Snapchat is easily replaceable. Social media sites like Facebook and RUclips will survive that because everything is already on there, so its harder to do a switch. Bad move on their part, not to talk about the terrible android support. Listen to your user base, it's that simple.
I'm a Twitter person but the problem with Snapchat right now to me is the order friends stories appear in now, basically I don't watch a lot of my friends stories because I haven't chatted them recently and the right side of the app where your friends stories appear just looks like a big cluttered mess

Everyday, when i start Snapchat, it freezes. Aftet that it works fine most of the time, but regularly it stops sending notifications... Also what I think a huge problem is that Snapchat ist only for young people, and many people stop using this app because they getting older, i know a lot of people that stopped using the app after their time in school. And because the younger Generation prefers tiktok, Snapchat loses more users than it can gain. And the last Problem is, with snapchat being rather cool than useful, cool things dont last as long as useful things.

I heard a while ago that Snapchat on Android opens your camera, and instead of taking a picture, it just screenshots your screen, so the pictures look crappy.
Snapchat needs to make a feature to show your old stories to others. Something like a timeline. You can make your own layout of this timeline that can show your best friends(if you want), your scores your pictures and your stories, other snaps you liked, all your favorite locations or all your other friends. And all this on one page. Everyone can determine what he/she puts on this page. This can stimulate the creativity of the user. There also has to be a more clearer discovery page where we can see in one eye catch which snaps are trending global or national at the moment. If we click on a account name we will see their “timeline”. Here we can make a better decision if we want to be friends or want to subscribe. Its not that difficult Snap Inc

I think older millennials (25+) are more interested in apps like Facebook and Instagram whereas people in my age range (18 and under) are a lot more interested in snapchat, I think as my generation grow up snapchat will grow with it as i know most of my friends use snapchat a lot more that Instagram or Facebook

What they didn't exactly mentioned is how disastrous the default Snapchat camera is on the Android app , while it's Apple counterpart is much better.

I think older millennials (25+) are more interested in apps like Facebook and Instagram whereas people in my age range (18 and under) are a lot more interested in snapchat, I think as my generation grow up snapchat will grow with it as i know most of my friends use snapchat a lot more that Instagram or Facebook
