- The ageless and remarkable 41-year-old Dara Torres (in her fifth Olympics) and the rest of the U.S. Women's team in the 4x100m Freestyle Relay Final at the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008. From NBC's coverage of the Games.
Great performance of Ranomi Kromowidjojo.
As an Aussie, I have always been proud of our swimmers. What a great swim by Torres.
Torres' technique was marvelous. Full follow-through versus quick pulls.
I'm an aussie - but I gotta say - Torres, what a legend. Our Libby also, of course.
I just recorded a podcast with her yesterday. It drops tomorrow (August 2, 2020) if you’d like to listen. She was my broadcast partner in Rio. She’s an amazing person and friend. Podcast is Hanging With Champions available on all podcast platforms: Apple, Google, iHeart, TuneIn, Spotify, etc. Enjoy.
@@patrickkinas8595 Patrick to which lady are you referring? Torres or Libby? Or even for that matter, Ranomi? you mention TWO ladies in the SAME sentence in response to a comment regarding a THIRD lady- THEN, without specifically mentioning a first name regarding the podcast, how do we know in that sentence to whom you are referring?
Heemskerk and Kromowidjojo are the best.
Whaoooo...
This is the most competitive women's Olympic swimming have ever seen.... So beautiful
凄い!オランダ、おめでとう。
I can’t wait to see Simone biles at the 2024 summer Olympic Games in Paris France 🇫🇷
