In a low inventory market, the Gellman Team had a record month! 58 homes under contract in 30 days - 26 buyers and 32 sellers.
Looking at the first quarter as a whole, January-April will be our biggest 4-month period ever with 176 homes closed or under contract for $88 million.
We're up 20% from our number from first quarter 2023!
Our agents have had 160+ listing appointments YTD, which directly correlates to our high volume of new listings. Take action!
Our first 2 of 3 Monday Mayhem call marathons were in March. 14 agents made 815 calls. We had 195 conversations and set 27 appointments!
The first week in April was the biggest listing week in the history of our company with 16 new listings!

📰 Big News! - One of our offices is moving!
Our Brentwood office is moving to 7501 Murdoch in Shrewsbury.
We don't have an official move date yet, but the new space will be similar to our Chesterfield location and will be a dedicated space within The Annex Workspace, a coworking space.
