How to turn over Subaru Impreza Sport without starting it.

Apologies for my spacing between sentences, I have come under the weather, but this is how you can turn over, NOT START, a 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport.
This sort of technique I would imagine is used for diagnostics, but I came across this when curious what would happen if I put the throttle all the way down when starting the car.
