At the time yellow is the only color. I haven't checked if with the new update you can apply colors but let me know if there's any changes.

If this car had good customization it would be awesome.
Original dominator: decent speed, decent handling, bad customization.
Pisswasser dominator: good speed, better handling than original, bad customization (which really holds the car back because that livery is AWFUL)
Dominator GTX: slow, good handling, AWESOME customization. Probably the best Mustang just because of the customization.
Declasse Tampa: decent speed, decent handling, good customization
R* needs to give us a new mustang with good customization and performance. I say either a terminator cobra version or a gt500

You can't because it's the race car version. You would have to buy the regular dominator
