A little tip when planting tomatoes, dig a deep whole and plant all but the top 6 or 8 inches below ground, all the plant below ground, will turn to roots. Lessening the need for water and making a hardier tomato plant. You garden looks great.

You have a really beautiful property! I sure that your parents look at the way that you are living your lives and that must make them very proud. I'm sure that over the years the two of you will have greatly perfected the way that you want to be farmers and as a outsider i can say also that I am also very proud of you and the amazing portal of positive down to earth examples for a very meaningful way of living life. 👏 Keep up the good work.

The elderberry flowers can be made into lemonade which is really good. Additionally you can make a batter and deep fry the flowers as well. 😊

Luv from Australia brah, both of you are doing so great. I’m a truck driver, and thinking to go for farming on small acreage. I don’t have any type of farming experience, if you can film a few shoots of the different activities for us like hooking different attachments to the tractor, ploughing your ground, harvesting different stuff, and how your irrigation system is working out there will be a good thing to learn people like me who are interested in this sort of thing. Keep the good vibes coming. Tnx

Hi Zach, for the Elderberry bushes that you have the white flowers, when young, can be fried and they make really good fritters. The flowers can also be used to make really good and refreshing drink for the summer. There is a man from New Zealand named Kalem, that has a channel named "TheKiwiGrower" that has a really interesting video all about Elderberry uses.

Are you going to water your new pumpkins? You should always give your plants and seeds a good soak, right after you plant. Also, your tomatoes are wilted bcs they're thirsty. Black pots, or if they're still in those little square pots from the store can't retain enough moisture especially if it's hot out. If you are going to keep them in those, you should take them in the house, stop up one of your sinks, and water them from the top, til there is ater standing in the sink. Let them soak for at least 5 to 10 minutes before you drain the water. If it's hot you'll need to water them everyday... If they're outside, best to water early, or in the evening, so the water doesn't evaporate in the heat of the day. Can't wait to see your harvest!!!
