因為返到屋企,你會好攰,又或者心情麻麻地,
食返一啲濃味嘅嘢,個人係會醒神啲。
今集呢個餸就啱晒啦,簡單又易煮,不妨一試。
爆炒咖喱雞 Stir Fried Curry Chicken
Ingredients
Chopped Chicken 雞件 800-850g
Minced Ginger 薑蓉 12g
Minced garlic 蒜蓉 25g
Curry paste 咖哩醬 5-8g
Turmeric powder 薑黃粉 3g
Light soy sauce 生抽 20g
Chicken Stock 雞湯 150ml
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 15g
Shallots 乾蔥 95g
Green scallion 蔥 80g
Chicken marinade 醃雞材料
Salt 鹽 2g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 10g
Garlic powder 蒜粉 0.5tsp
Onion powder 洋蔥粉 0.5tsp
Light soy sauce 生抽 10g
Egg 雞蛋 1pc

我有少少愚見,會唔會將蔥同埋蔥頭爆到足夠香,先再落咖哩醬同埋黃薑粉,咁樣會更加惹味呢?即係有啲類似雞煲嘅做法,將料頭爆香曬佢跟住先落醬去再炒,個味係完全唔一樣,定係呢個餸本身就唔應該要咁重料頭嘅味?
