Thank you for showing me that you could take that backpiece off to access the fan. Mine was pretty locked up with ice and I thought I was breaking something because I couldn’t find any more screws.
Will the fact this part ia frozen cause the freezer to NOT freeze anymore? My freezer coils are fine but this fridge panel appears iced (hard ice) and im sure its also causing the fan to not spin so wondering if this could cause the issue with the freezer.

The only thing you can do.. is keep calling and complaining. Some of my clients have received credit for another Samsung unit. Or you can spend about $300-400 to repair yours. But in order to repair it properly the tech needs to know what he’s doing.. There are a lot of tricks with this repair
@@mtvappliancerepairservice yea I just had a technician look at it and he says there is a freon leak somewhere and it's gonna be costly to try and find it plus replace the compressor
@@brianbrown504 yes, probably in the freezer evaporate is a common leak there or in the fresh food. To do it properly we should replace everything to a wholesale system job, but honestly doesn’t pay to invest that kind of money into a Samsung refrigerator.
I always replace that whole panel with everything,cause I usually break it defrosting.

This is all correct. If back panel froze (hard) it needs to be replaced. As the insulation could be cracked from expansion of the ice.
You can have a defrost problem there or bad insulation where you have temperatures clashing

Yes the whole back cover assm. W/ fan.
What’s the problem and solution?
It’s a big repair. Need a new back cover assm. Plus a Samsung repair kit as a add on..

0 in freezer, 36-38 in fresh food compartment
