The drummer reincarnates Elvin Jones's brilliance. I am floored by the relevant coherence and progressive development of Braxton Cook's improvisations. Oh, how he takes his time and develops his conversational thoughts with magnanimity and magnificence!😠 With the advancement of a personalized sound-voice, Braxton will be even a better "chef" on tenor saxophone - given his style of discourse. He exemplifies the very kernel of Organic Real Jazz opulence - Brandon Cook does. Chris is as great a showman as he is an excellent performer. Good speaker, may I add!😠 The drummer is Elvin Jones's rebirth - powerful and constructive. Mrs. Scott has a very polite and mellifluous voice - full of cardiac Soulfulness. The pianist typifies the exuberance of McCoy Tyner. How complementary is he with the drummer!😠 In sum, the Group is marvelous.😠
@@MrPresident4life Christian gave me a cordial hug, saying i was the best audience that night at Tokyo Blue Note.. requested Litany of fear but his bass player couldnt cut it..
Does anybody know the name of the second tune? I know that he said it was 'West of the West' but when I looked it up, the tracks sounded nothing like it... thanks! The song starts at 12:36.
Good night.❤
