Would love to see some groceriy hauls and what your cookong/eating and what products your loving while over there, as theres different foods than in the UK.
Hi Molly, you mentioned you don’t have a kitchen table - I recommend putting a pillow on the ground and sit on it and eat by the living room table (coffee table), sometimes I do that and it’s super cozy, kind of how the Japanese, Chinese, Korean etc nations do. 😛
I think the video that’s already up on my channel about applying for the working holiday visa might be helpful in answering these sort of questions! I posted it back in November 🥰🥰
Thank you so much!! I think the top tip would be to save enough before you come, it's super expensive over here at the moment BUT most jobs pay a lot better than the UK! My only other real advice would be to just do it & don't overthink it, there are a few more in depth vids on my channel about the actual logistics of moving here!! xx
So you’re not working hospitality at the moment? How does that work with your working holiday visa- I was under the impression that you had to work in hospitality to fulfil the terms of the visa?
No! You don’t have to work at all to be on this visa, it just means you can legally be employed by an employer if you do choose to work! The rule at the moment is still if you wanted to stay for a second year visa you had to complete 88 days of regional work, but this is also set to change soon too!💙
@@MollyThompsonx_ stay here foreever my wife is from manchester, she,s a10 pound pommy, she been here since she was 6 months old. You would be welcome,us aussies are very friendly people
Haha no she doesn’t mind at all she’s very used to it (and cries at everything so it’s quite normal hahaha) & even though it is sad it’s also nice to have the memories to watch back🥰

@@MollyThompsonx_ ah that sucks maybe come up here to sydney and go to our winter vivid festival and then head to queensland to a warmer area.
This might sound silly but does your mum not mind you setting the camera up to record her upset or if she used to the YT life by now?
Haha no she doesn’t mind at all she’s very used to it (and cries at everything so it’s quite normal hahaha) & even though it is sad it’s also nice to have the memories to watch back🥰
I’m Australian and can confirm it’s bloody expensive to exist here 😂
😅😅 it definitely is, it’s crazy!! But worth it 😍
It's expensive everywhere in the world it's all relative
