Shannon? This seems to many probably a dumb question but, I’ve T-Mobile carrier on my REVVL6 5G phone and in Calls beside the caller’s number is a what looks like a windshield swiper symbol, does that mean the call was originated from the internet?

My mother has dementia and lives in another state. For some reason she ended up with a password she cannot remember on her Revvl 6 phone. She cannot open her phone. She can only receive phone calls. How can we change her phone to not need a password? Is there a way? Please help!
Any advice for stopping RUclips shorts from glitching (they now skip like a scratched CD)? I'm also suddenly unable to use certain apps that use picture in picture, like bank apps or messenger without them glitching. I tried a factory reset and force stop individual apps and everything else no luck. I'm hating this phone tbh

Other than it's battery life and hotspot ability on a 5g network this phone is a piece of junk. It's gps is a joke mine is off up to 2 miles at times with no discernable way to calibrate it as it's not just on maps. It uses more than half it's ram just turning on the screen. It does not have nfc so tap pay is out of the question. Overall I got this as an emergency phone till I can afford a real smart phone. This one falls short in to many areas to be anything but a backup phone or mobile hotspot, maybe for those that don't do much beyond web browsing texting or phone calls. Don't even get me started with it's 3 camera system. They are all a joke! I had better picture quality with my old flip phone over a decade ago. I took the same pic same lighting and the flip phone did better. Yes I can still charge it and turn it on it just is to old to talk to cell towers for communications of any kind. Needless to say this revvl is far over priced for serious lack of performance. I wouldn't even suggest this phone as a starter phone for your kids over about age 7! Don't waste your money on it unless all your doing is texting making calls or looking something like a recipe up as it don't not have enough power to do anything more. Oh and it doesn't support wireless charging either. After it has been around for nearly a decade and this phone is to pathetic for even that.

@@gravyd316 I just got it and have serious buyers remorse. It's absolutely awful I have never been so disappointed. So many basic smartphone functions underperform. I got it because I don't even need anything beyond basics but I didn't expect the basics to suck for 200 bucks!
One of the worst phones I have ever used. Bar none. Intentionally unintuitive, utterly byzantine, and fails with the most basic of functions. Plus it's too damn big and cumbersome, and it gives you few options which you have to unearth.

Mine has this little purple speaker then you can use to read texts. I don't need it so how can I get it off my screen?
The option to turn that off is in the accessibility settings. Text to speech settings.
