Bought my this from T-Mobile 3 weeks ago. My first cell phone - age 79. I tried to keep up with the initial things to do, but got lost. My fingerprint would not register. I got so confused that I think I kept people from calling. Ther screen turns off in 5 seconds and I have to reenter my PIN over and over. Customer Service at Amazon can't reach me on it. I am clueless and need to start from the beginning. Sure would be great to have you start from opening the box, slowly, so I can do it with you. Also, how to go back and get my fingerprint on it or how to undo stuff and block stuff. I have only had a computer, so I don't know what I should safely add to the cell. I really don't need to use the cell much of the time. But much that I do on my computer comes up on the cell. I do not know how to turn it off, so my batterery is dead when I get up in the morning unless I have it plugged in all the time. Could you please do shows for the elderly?
Please know that these are tough times with the ever-changing technology! What I have found useful is watching you tube videos on one screen while I have my phone in my hand. I pause the video or rewind it and rematch the sections I want to use for my phone. Some videos might only have one or two hints that you will use, but thats okay. I watch several and maybe wait a day or two and go at it again. This way I can get the phone to do what I need it to. Also... sometimes I just go into a store and ask the experts. The kids working aren't afraid to try out the tech like we (anyone over 50) are. Hope this helps and hope you can do what you need. I have to make a cup of coffee or tea, take 10 deep breaths, and plan to sit for an hour!
