More my style. I was getting bored of nothing but Mario Mazes all the time. I'm glad to see Sonic in the Green Hill Zone Maze instead. Seeing Amy chase after Sonic at the end was enough to make me laugh.
I watch so many Mario versions of those I’m expecting whenever he Stubbs his toe he immediately dies instead of him dropping all his rings

I love the attention to detail in this video, especially the way you referenced the “spike glitch” from Sonic 1 where your I-frames don’t protect you from spikes.

Cool change of pace to have a Sonic maze mayhem instead of the usual Mario maze mayhem. It was just as fun and creative too with a nice boss battle and funny ending with Amy coming out of the pod chasing Sonic lol.

Did you just give us a teaser of sonic marker?
Two mistakes with that. 1) The continue points start blue and turn red after Sonic uses them, the colors are reversed here. 2) Sonic doesn't die instantly to spikes, he only loses his rings.
1:32 Fun Fact: The checkpoint color is inverted as what it was supposed to be: blue is when it’s not activated and red is when you activate it
that's more of a correction than a fun fact.
