I love how you just find out that you can make a lot of life up noises by spindashing into them, and then the next scene is just a showcase of the one neuron in your brain activating as a response.

It’s beautiful how sonic 1 can’t handle 100 lives and has no assets above 99 so it just makes the counter icon go back to 00

@@Leekodot15 Hate to burst your bubble, but the game does know what a third digit is, the game just wasn't coded with over 100 lives in mind.
@@bonniethehedgefox9139 I mean... It still goes from 99 to 00... I suppose it's still possible that you actually have 100 lives, but either way... The counter itself rolls back, so...

It is not that it falls directly to 00, it is 100 lives, but the counter is made to mark figures of 2 characters, and that happens. Example you have 132 lives, the counter will only show 32, but the 132 lives will still be there.

You forgot that you can only place 70 monitors, but if you reprogram the game, then you might be able to do that... unless you made a mistake. GO BACK TO PYTHON CLA-

I know for sonic 2, but with 1 could just go into level select sound test

i found that you can spawn form debug mode the switch places monitor in the second game and what ever you hit get that gets put onto tails too
