Newt is most definitely Hufflepuff,but he does have qualities of all four houses. He is brave and courageous like Gryffindors, despite what other might think of him,he is incredibly intelligent which is virtue of Ravenclaw,he believes he can change the world for better thus for he is ambitious like Slytherin which is not always a bad thing,if you have personality like Newt and at the end,he is incredibly loyal and amazing friend like Hufflepuff which is maybe the most important thing out of all four.
Hufflepuff is literally all the houses in one. JK Rowling said the only thing that separates the house from Gryffindor is pride. Hufflepuffs don't do the right thing for the glory, they do the right thing because it's the right thing to do. 👌🏽💕

He didn’t just confuse grindlewald he confused the entire audience. I had no idea what was going on that whole movie. There was a lot of pacing issues and the plot became entirely lost on me.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I hope that if Tina didn't come back in this one, then maybe the next. Her character was just awesome, especially from the first movie. That tearful ending.

hope there will be another movie like every fan, but if they want it to be a success I think it would be to do the following: Move the action to 1945. Try to bring Johnny Depp back, if he accepts, cool, if not, then try and show the battle of Dumbledore and Grindelwald. Already with a fourth film it is enough to close everything. Fantastic beasts is required reading for all 5th years but then couple of decades on it's been relegated to a first year text does Harry Potter have to pick it up in The Philosopher's Stone however that is somewhat rescinded by the fact that Magical Creatures can't be picked as an active elective till much later in the academic cycle in later books
The first movie did so much right in my opinion, but the last two were just unfortunately really not good, which is such a shame. Eddie Redmayne just belongs in the wizarding world, and Jude Law chewed every scene he was in. Nifflers are already a favorite creature in the universe and the potential was so obvious. They really should've made a separate Dumbledor series, and had him out of Fantastic Beasts as a whole. It's like the movies lost their identity and became a mismash of plot between Eddie and Jude.

When I took an online test for which houses I belong to it told me that I am 42% Hufflepuff and 30% Gryffindor and the remaining 14 % of other houses. To be honest I am happy with it. Newt Scamanders is my favourite and I wish that we could have seen even more from the Hufflepuff house.
Sadly Newt is almost the only strong wizard in Hufflepuff the last few centuries, while gryffindor and slytherin had voldemort, dumbledore, hermione,Ron, Harry, Neville and others
This explains all of JRs recent writing. If you can't write a decent story with a cohesive storyline then write your villain so that your non-sensical writing is required.

I love how cleverly the title is created considering they cast Mads Mikelson as Grindelwald ,I would be not suprised if Newt was confused.
Out of all of Newt's animals, I like Teddy the Niffler the most. He's so cute.
