This video is exactly what I was looking for to learn more about the different springs, stacking, and sizing for my TC T4 build. Thank you again for the amazing content for this hobby!
So, I'm getting great results with the K25. My TC is averaging 225 and for me has a super comfy prime. I've seen it hit 282 with a cut down original AF dart, not a waffle tip of course. 260's and 70's with elites. Bamboos, ACC's, Worker's and Z tips are all 220-235. Pretty awesome!
I'm getting pretty similar results with a K25 in my TCv4 too (a bit better if I ever fix my seal lol), which barrel are you running? I'm using a 12" .509
@@norcalnerfclub3423 Hmmm this gives more ground to my current theory that v4 TCs might love .527 barrels 🤔, my TCB with a 16" .527 with a K25 was hitting 260s on a Caldwell chrono.
wow that is really cool, i am a spring manufacture looking for market research and stubble on ur video. i didnt k now that there was a sports for this. very nicely explained on your video
Also sorry but i got to point out that there is other places like captain slug, toxic crow, silver fox, foam pro shop, and others. Frontline foam is still good I’m just trying to inform them of options
Nerf darts are usually totally safe if you wear eye-pro. But be advised, if you're in close range, the high-powered ones can sting. Not recommended for someone under 14 years old.
Trey Martin Not quite. Stacking more combined their spring forces for lack of a better explanation. For example, if a 5kg spring hit 100 and a 10kg hit 150, two 5kg springs would hit equal to a 10kg spring.
Tochi Caylao The post in the rearbutt would have to be removed. The prime though is tough, so widening the rearcap gives it a hair less compression which is more reasonable.

Very descriptive, thank you!

And I just ordered the hardware kit 😋 for it too
Great video thank you
what is the real pull force at most compressed location?
What is the gun in your video and where can I get it?
The blaster is a Talon Claw. You can get it along with the upgrades at frontlinefoam.com/product/nerf-talon-claw-test/
Also sorry but i got to point out that there is other places like captain slug, toxic crow, silver fox, foam pro shop, and others. Frontline foam is still good I’m just trying to inform them of options
This is true, but none of them have all of the options listed in this video.
I just ordered the Caliburn do you know what spring would give me the best speed and distance
Someone needs to put a car suspension spring in one of these.
I have no idea what your selling after watching this but good break down.
Haha! We sell the nerf blasters themselves, as well as the parts. www.frontlinefoam.com
I don’t understand what an N series is like n28
If you upgrade a nerf blaster’s spring, is it safe to shoot someone with it?

K15 vs k26?
Hey man I was just wondering can a k26 or a k25 fit a stinger sd 1 alpha strike series if don’t what spring would give it more power and would fit?
What fps do you typically gain if you upgrade from k25 to k26 in an elite caliburn
I generally see about a 15FPS increase. Here's more info: frontlinefoam.com/guide-to-springs-nerf-springer-blasters/
If you use the modded plunger that accepts Turf springs, can you still double up like you did with the 8kg&10kg?
Unfortunately not, but you can stack k series springs easier
@@FrontlineFoamBlasters Ah, I see! So something like a Turf 8k + K 25?
How much FPS is a k31 and a 788
Aqua Fountain 31 is typically around 130. 788 around 150
@@FrontlineFoamBlasters so does stacking them actually result in 280 or does it not work exactly like that?

So the TCBU can also take the Longshot springs without having to do anything specific for it ? Just change the plunger head and we're all good?
