Same in 2024, this show is something I missed growing up in Canada but I would have loved it then and it holds up as a fun time capsule.

I remember Lorraine, Femme Fatal, we share the same bd. And, Molly Ringwald was born at the same🏥as me, in NorCal, only she popped out a few yrs later.

Cable game shows tended to have lower budgets. A lot of the Nickelodeon game shows didn't offer all that much in terms of cash compared to your average daytime game show, let alone syndication.

@@TimothyMischka lol so true.. like everyone took home the encyclopedia britanica and a months supply of mints.. my parents just went freeming with Pluto , so the whole Xmas week we watched the bob barker era , and wow cars were less than $7000 , or buzzer watching classic concentration and like wow like really you won a prize to the jelly of the month club, some really ugly jewelry, a European vacation a prize package worth one thousand two hundred and thirteen dollars and fifty eight cents

Yeah his name is Richard Wilkins he's Aussie but originally from NZ he was everywhere on Aussie tv back in the 90s.Like the Aussie version of Ryan Seacrest@@davidbates1896
