do both microphones work simultaneously or just the right side? It looks like the tapping noises at 0:13 came only from the right side. As with most earbuds, only either side microphones work. Just curious whether any earbuds do actually have both left and right mics working at the same time.
Have u turn on ANC in Jabra sound+ app then test it out?

The 65t didn’t have noise cancellation , the 75t did

IT DEFINITELY DO NOT HAVE ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION I WAS ALSO FOOLED BY THE NAME NOISE CANCELLATION PEOPLE ON OTHER END HEAR SURRPOUNDING NOISE THAN WHAT WE SPEAK.. NOT USEFUL FOR CALLING , ONLY GOOD FOR SPORTS AND MUSIC..

If the headset is within warranty you'll want to contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Unfortunately there's no fix we're aware of.
Yes but when I'm outside walking the jabra ear plugs pick up all back ground noises how do I fix it.
Sounds about right, the microphones for calls aren't great. If you have an iPhone, look into enabling voice isolation. Or, if you have an Android phone, looking into enabling noise suppression.

Sorry 😞 there’s a ton of good Jabra headsets just earbuds aren’t good. Even Airpods really suck for mic performance.
