Mr. English, you were a location scout on Apocalypse Now? That is fascinating- a lot of people consider that film the high-water mark of cinema, myself among them. If there is any way we could get in contact I would love to possibly interview you? It would be an honor. Hope you're well- Sam

Superb. Walter Murch is such a pro and an invaluable resource for information and insight into film production. Terrific and inspiring.
I'm so glad the narration was added. Without it, the movie would've been even more psychedelic, but it would've been a totally incomprehensible mess. The narration provides SOME structure, framework, for some sort of plot.
It helps that Martin Sheen gives great voice.

25:50 -- LMF is not in Apocalypse Now -- at least not in any of the versions I've ever seen. Odd.
