honestly one of my favorite times, they get so dull, go all that milky blue way and like 'plasticy' before *poof* you have a brand new shiny snek 😍 and its always such a wonderful feeling when it comes off in one piece, especially when your like me and constantly anxious about husbandry and if they have enough humidity or to much 🤣🤣
Interesting that you mist the aspen bedding directly. I had been told previously not to do that so I made a humid hide instead. Looks like misting works quite well though.
Aspen bedding works well for my hogs when they are in shed.. I think the main reason why people don’t like misting aspen, is that it can produce wood mites. I freeze my bags of aspen to kill the mites and or eggs. So, I basically have no issues. Thanks for the comment.
