I have a yoga workout that I have included these and a few others in and it kicks my ass! If you think yoga is easy you're not doing it right! Try it out....and it has helped my ground game flow more smoothly.
Aye bruh! No joke im on week 5 and i weighed in Satuday. Im down 30 pounds in 60 days. Stared with weighted conditioning Progran then jumped on this Body armor! Show do the work, cut the crap food, eat simple and clean, hydrate. Beast mode activates!! No lie
